Answer:	I’m not sure but we have 2 of the 6 lights that only stay lit for about an hour after dark despite being in the AZ sun all day long.

Answer:	Yes, just undo the two phillips screws on the underside, slide off the cover and the battery is visible in a holder (not soldered in). You must get AAA Ni-Cad, not Li-Ion. Tip: slide out the + terminal, insert the battery, slide the + terminal back in. Be careful, the battery holder is not very strong.
