Answer:	Yes there is a small on/off button that is inset on the back. The lights come with a small tool much like the ones to manually eject computer CD/DVD drives. Once you mount these lights you would have to unscrew them to access this little switch. It's not really practical if you use screws to mount them. I hope that helps.

Answer:	i dont think you can regulate it, it has 3 settings, one on all the time during darkness, one dimly lit during darkness and will go bright when something moves, and one that stays off except for 2 little lights, one on each side that stay on, just barely noticable and then full brightness when a movement accours. if i had a complaint or something to add i would prefer if it would stay on a few seconds longer, maybe 180 seconds. it goes off pretty quick when movement has stopped. i love them, have bought 10 of the lights, they are 2 per box. and dont regret it, very bright, like them alot and will purchase some more for the other end of our property. 5 STARS
