Answer:	First, make sure that you are using the proper fuel. "Zippo Premium Butane Fuel". Turn the torch upside down, insert the fuel canister into the torch and press and hold for about an 8 count. You should feel the torch go cold. Take out the fuel, give the torch a little shake and feel the weight. If it feels a little light, repeat for a two count. That should do it.

Answer:	The colors rotate, but it happens very slowly & subtly. You can not choose it to stay. They are lovely, I love them, I have bought 3 sets.
