When installing these strips, please consider the following:

• Make sure the surface you are sticking the light strip to is clean and free of any dirt or oils.
• We recommend adhering these to finished surfaces as unfinished wood or concrete can be difficult to stick to.
• Prepping the surface with alcohol and ensuring the surfaces are warm aids in adhesion.
• Peel the backing strip from the adhesive tape, then press and hold the light strip firmly against the surface.
• Do not use rollers or tools to push on the strip as this may damage the LEDs.
• Using masking tape to temporarily hold the strip in place while allowing the backing to fully adhere to the surface is advisable when installing the lights underneath cabinets or overhangs.
• Plug your light strip into your 12V DC adapter, transformer, driver, or wall outlet power supply and enjoy. 

Note: The strips should be fully unspooled from the packaging and reel when powered on and there should never be power connected to the strip when being cut. The power supply is sold separately.

Answer:	The light strip specifications should say but most are about the same width. All outdoor strips will be about the same and a little wider than indoor strips. All of the strips I've purchased are flexible and should be okay. Just don't clamp down on them too hard.
Question:	Is the white color actually white? My current lights in the kitchen make certain foods look a different color
Answer:	I am sure the would. The screws might be the problem. Usually in drywall you would use a plastic anchor to a screw. Having said that. The light strips I used were sticky back and the strip weighs next to nothing. When you start the screws press in on the screw driver and when the screw bottoms out (all the way in) stop screwing. The screw would afterword become a drill and strip out the hole.

Answer:	Don't extend LED light strips. Even if you buy a separate power supply, the wiring in the strip is not large enough to carry the current of more lights. As you can see, there are dozens of companies selling the same thing so these are a race to the lowest possible cost, which means the lowest possible additional current capacity. Reputable sellers will clearly state this in their question replies or their listing. If these sellers could make 150 foot LED strips, they would.

Answer:	If you get too many lights on one power adapter, they’ll turn off and on and flash random colors. You have to have the right power adapter for the amount of lights you’re using. One would probably work, because you’ve essentially just shortened one circuit. The power adapter for a 32ft kit probably won’t support 49 feet of lights though
Question:	I only need about 48ft long for my project. can i cut strip short? should i cut 18ft off one strip or 9ft off each
Answer:	It's possible for you to cut RGB strip light along the golden mark. After cut, the cutting piece won`t be working at all unless reconnected to the original one with an extra 4-pin connector(not included). Need more help, please contact us via [email protected]
Question:	Can (2) of these 65.5 ft. sets be connected together using the same power supply to make the run longer
Answer:	If your going to connect long runs of LED strips, it would be better to get your own power supply. DO Not do as one answered hear just double the output voltage, the LEDs will burn out in no time. Instead look for a "Constant Current Driver". I haven't tried the full length I have read, but they said up to 300 ft. Also for longevity of the LEDs your output amperage should be between 1-2Amps(1000-2000mA), less than 1A(1000mA) the lights will be dimmer, but they will also last longer. I have run up to 70ft with 1 driver, with splitters for corners and drops(staircase).

Answer:	The way they tell you to connect the lights to the app is confusing. Instead of using the remote, unplug the adapter to the lights in the sequence it tells you and they should start blinking rapidly.

Smart APP Phone Control (Android & iOS)：

1. Download APP"Ehome Light"( Google Play and iOS App Store) .
2. Make sure your is Bluetooth enabled.
3. Then strip lights automatically connect to the APP.
4. If the led light strip is not displayed on the APP,it means that it is not connected,you can close the APP and re-open it to see if it is displayed;if it is not displayed,turn off the phone and re-start it and perform the above 2-3 steps again .(turn on Blutooth-open the app-see if it shows).
