I ended up locating them on my own here on Amazon but they appear to be out of stock. The part number is FBA_THU9476. Toto THU9476 Washlet S300/350E Deodorizer Catalyst. You might check with Toto to see if the upgraded model washlets use compatible charcoal catalysts. I bought this model catalyst in May 2018. Good luck!

Answer:	I only got a plastic piece but I just ordered the charcoal piece. It says for the 300 or 350. Hope it fits.

Answer:	I clean this little thin plastic filter monthly. It collects a lot of dust. I bought two so I can insert a clean one while I wash and thoroughly dry the other. I'm not sure that this very thin filter is the actual deodorizer. There is also a small box-shaped charcoal filter on the back edge of the washlet that needs to be changed at least once at year. My guess is that the charcoal filter is the actual deodorizing filter.

Answer:	When mine stopped working, (after I made sure it wasn’t the batteries), I realized one of the buttons kept getting stuck down. I was able to lift the button and it worked. After that, I just made sure I pressed the button on the opposite side it got stuck. I replaced the remote anyway in case it began sticking regularly....so far I haven’t used the new one but have it just in case.

Answer:	I purchased this for my husband for Father’s Day and he was able to replace 14 grips and still had half of the bottle of solvent left. He used the whole bottle while working and collected the remaining in a container after pouring it over the shaft/tape and sliding on the new grips.
