Answer:	The kit contains two strands of 16 ft each that no longer connect together but can now only each connect directly into the transformer. They've changed the product in late 2019 to longer connect into one 32 ft strand. You now have the added expense/trouble to track down generic electronic connectors if you still want one 32 ft stands

Answer:	So I bought 2 orders and linked 2 16 RGB lights to each connection. So 32ft on each power connection and the output power is not enough. The led strips are bright at the connection side but at the tail end side they dont have enough power to light the whole strip.

Warming tips:

Test the lights before installation

Please confirm your connection is correct, below is some steps need to notice:

• Make sure the lights are connected, and the power light up green bulb.
• Pull out the transparent chip from the button of the IR remote.
• Use the IR remote turn on the lights (IR remote aim at the IR receiver).

DIY function

About DIY function, Please follow the steps below：

Step 1: Turn on the lights. Press one of the RGB buttons. Step 2: Press the DIY1 button (the lights will change to white color for the first time). Step 3: If you need deeper red color, press and hold the red up button(at least 5 seconds), the longer you hold, the deeper red color you have. You can also press green and blue down, the changing will be more clearly. Step 4: Keep the color you just set by pressing the DIY1 button again. Step 5: Repeat the steps above to set the rest of five DIYs.

Answer:	If I recall, there is a limit to the amount that can be daisy chained together.....seems to me it was about 4. I have no more than 3 in my light setup.

Answer:	A typical light switch is rated at 15amps @ 120volts or 1800 watts. Typical Romex running between switch and light is 14 gauge, again rated at 1800 watts. Consider loading that system with no more than 65% max to allow for hot, summer ambient temperatures. So, 16 of these fixtures @ 72watts each should be fine on a single switch circuit.

Question:	Do these work out-of-the-box with standard smart tvs, or do they still require a machine with the hue sync app installed to connect to the display
Answer:	You would still need to connect this to a computer that is running the Hue Sync App. The only way to run it on a TV would be to cast of connect your computer to the TV and use it as a monitor.
Question:	Does this work with 220v
Answer:	I guess by mistake but they have rated it at 240v on this page. And Philips itself rates this product to wok between 110 -240v. So there you have your answer, they should work at 220v.
Question:	Where can I buy a second adapter if I want to use the light bars separately
Answer:	I have a ton of Phillips lights. This is my first time with these bars. I did purchase the hue sync box that I returned since I have a smart TV and don't use chromcast or anything for streaming (hoping these aren't requiring the sync box) I think if you want to use these separately, you would go into the app and go under labs. Create a lab for one of them and the 2nd to do something different. I think that will solve your issue
Question:	How do the lights know what is on the TV screen in order to match up
Answer:	I use my computer and the Hue Sync app, it does try to match colors on the screen, and you can position the lights in your room in the hue app as a Entertainment group. Answer:	Amazingly yes. My 70 inch Samsung is hanging on the wall with it. The mount is pretty heavy. It's the real deal. I was surprised.

Answer:	There should be some bolts with locking nuts on them at the swivel joints. I have had to loosen those just a very small amount. Also I have just moved it by hand to limber it up.

Answer:	Maybe 2 inches + your TV? I have not put it up on my 70" TV yet but my 56" is awesome great buy for the money. Bought my brother one also he loves it. The nice thing about is if you want to pull it way out you can. Or turn it at a 90*. Just watch out you dont yank you hdmi out and break it like me.
