Answer:	I've never tried it. I always recharge mine while not in use so that they will recharge faster. But another factor to consider is the battery life of your bulb in the long term under constant charge may be shorter. Answer:	I had to send the one I bought back as shutting the flue wouldn't fully shut off the flame. I got two others for less money that work great and they come with two pieces of glass to put on either side of the flame .

Answer:	I have only used them on propane pit. Don't know why you would want to put them in a wood pit ? They work great with propane pit.

Answer:	Honestly, I don't know but the thing is you shouldn't have to replace them. Keep a couple things in mind, though. These logs are small. They are only about 2 inches in diameter. I was disappointed when I bought the set. It's like a small pile of saplings, honestly. It is a lightweight ceramic fiber composite so it doesn't burn but is not solid ceramic material like ceramic pottery. Keep these things in mind depending on your goals with them.
