Answer:	Yes. I believe this happened because it was on when the charge was low and it “turned off”. I guess it had just enough charge to turn on again in the middle of the night, but this didn't last long because obviously it still needed to be charged. So basically, if it’s still on when it’s low in charge and shuts off on its own, there is a possibility it will randomly turn back on for a short period of time. I hope this helps!

Question:	Do you sell the cable separately? I already have one of these but the cable got lost
Answer:	That cable is available separately. It has a male USB connector on one end and I believe the other end is a male micro USB. It should be available at an electronic supply store like Fry's. Take the lamp assy with you to make sure you get the right connectors.
Question:	Would this be a good option for a red eye flight? I dont want something that shines so big that people will yell at me
Answer:	Yes. Light is real small, that is good for reading a book.
Question:	Does the cover, fixture, top of light get warm so if left on and fell on plastic would be dangerous
Answer:	I haven’t noticed that it gets warm. It attaches firmly and gives off great light. I love mine
Question:	Does this work on paperbacks or just hardcover books
Answer:	I use my on paperback books and it works fine! I clip it towards the back of the book and can adjust my light direction and strength with no problem!!

Question:	Does this open wide enough to clip on a kindle
Answer:	I don't own a Kindle to test it but I did measure the opening and at its widest it measures 1 1/4 ". Hope this helps.
Question:	Charging. Does it have an indicator light to let you know that it’s fully charged or the battery level
Answer:	There is no battery level indicator. There is a red light when plugged in that goes out when fully charged.
Question:	What type of USB charging cable does this use, mini usb or usb-c
Answer:	It comes with its own charger - one end USB other end that goes into the light base is mini
Question:	How to get the 9 modes? I can only press for 3 bright levels
Answer:	Once your light is fully charged, look at your light as you press the power button. You should see either 3 lights on (pale yellow), 4 lights on (bright white) or 7 lights on (4 bright white and 3 yellow). What you see is one of the modes. if you press the power button 3x the lights get brighter giving you 3 settings for that mode. The 4th time you press they all go off. If you repeat this process you will continue to stay in that mode. Now try again and press 3x but on the 4th press hold the power button down and you will see a change in how many lights are on. Now you are in the 2nd mode. If you repeat the process and turn the lights off you will stay in that 2nd mode. Repeat the process and hold down the power button and that will get you to the 3rd mode which also has 3 settings. Now you've experienced all 3 modes each of which have 3 settings, thus giving you the 9 positions that your light can be in. Hope this helps.
