Question:	Most of the photos shared of this lamp are of it sitting on hard flooring. For a bedroom with medium-length carpet, would it still be stable
Answer:	I do own six of the Signe floor lamps and I believe they would stand fine on a short-length carpet but I doubt they would be stable on a medium length carpet.
Question:	Is it very bright
Answer:	Even brighter than I expected. I bought two for my blacked out cave. I put them behind my Magneplanars for a cool glow through effect. They also match all my other latest gen Hue bulb colors perfectly, which I have throughout the room. If you plan on using the Signe Floor Lamp in a white room, even in the daylight, I imagine most people would be quite impressed by the colored light output. The white light output is ridiculous... you might find it too bright, at max. I’d guess it’s as bright as a 150 watt incandescent bulb. Expensive, but, worth it.
Question:	is the bottom base aluminum also? can you take it apart to paint it black? Not sure why they don't offer a black version also
Answer:	It’s color matched - it doesn’t have visible screws or an area to disassemble. I would recommend against opening the base.

Answer:	yes it is ! But if I were you I would not waste my money, I bought one, one of the post would not fit any where on it, so much shorter, lol not worth it to me .
Question:	What tools do i need to put this together
Answer:	From the photo it appears the only tools needed will be one’s hands. My experience has shown this style of lamps are shipped in sections such as base, two poles, with the top pole holding the lights. One twits the bottom pole into the base and then the lamp pole into the first pole. Followed by putting the shades on and the light bulbs in. I like this type of lighting because it is simple to put together and the lighting is all that is needed for our Livingroom. The lamp I bought is the Light Accents Medusa Grey Floor Lamp with White Acrylic Shades. Answer:	Check through the listings. They have a lot of size and shape lamps. I must have 6 different ones at home. All mine have LED bulbs. My electric bill is only $35 for the whole month and most of that is the refrigerator. 😄😆🤣
Question:	In one place it says 40 watt bulbs, in another 60 watt. Which is it
Answer:	My take on this discrepancy is that if you're looking at using an old-style incandescent bulb in this lamp, I would not use more than a 40W bulb. If using CFL or ideally LED bulbs in this lamp, you could most likely use "60W equivalent" as they run much cooler. The reason being is that the lampshade and the cover around the socket are both soft plastic, and using a 60W incandescent bulb would most likely make them melt. I've been using the LED-based "SYLVANIA SMART+ WiFi Full Color A19" (60W equivalent) in them with all 3 bulbs on full bright without issue, and actually recommend this combination, as the color-changing part of it makes it rather fun.
