I'm thinking of buying another one. It's really much smaller than I imagined, but for $8.99, what I paid, it's given me peace of mind. The light is enough, in the center of the house to pour through the hallways and kitchen so you can make your way to it. Like a moth! ;)
Question:	When you plug this into a wall socket will it also block the other socket? In the photos it appears that it does so I'd like to confirm that. Thanks
Answer:	In one of those photos at Amazon, the AmerTec is plugged into the bottom outlet and is blocking the top one. Since the distance between the bottom of the light and the prongs is about ¼ inch, it can be plugged in and not block the other outlet below it if it is in the top outlet or above it if it is plugged into the lower outlet (upside down). If it is plugged into an ordinary, flat 6-outlet wall tap, it would block the adjacent outlet.
Question:	when plugged in does this also function as a night light
Answer:	It has a red-orange indicator light on the outward facing "lantern" side that is visible in the product image. The indicator light is illuminated at all times when charging in the AUTO mode. There is sufficient light in a familiar (e.g. bathroom) darkened room for finding the essentials.
Question:	how long (Hours) will the three side LED light stays on during a power outage
Answer:	3 out 4 of mine completely died within 5 hours. 1 barely hung on, ever so dimmly, maybe enough light to see 3 inches in front of it for at about 5 and half hours. based on that, In a few -6 months, I worried they wouldn't last 3, maybe 4 hours... if your lucky. I understand that in a power out, they will light your way, and help you find the regular battery type flashlights... but if your not home during those first hours (power out in day, lights go on for 3-4 hours, but you come home afterwards, in the dark, .. or if your asleep the first few hours, the lights die out before you wake up to go to the bathroom, or let the dogs out or what ever... your screwed... they are useless under those conditions. Probably better off looking for and paying a little extra for longer lasting ones... If your in hurry and want something ASAP before the next storm... Get 1 of these, while you look for better ones... (And test it!).

Answer:	I'm 6'2" and when I dip down so my elbows are at 90 degrees I still have a good 5 to 6 inches under my knees. It's enough to even do weighted dips as long as the plates don't hang too far below your knees.

Answer:	How to change battery in SK636 or SK638: 1. Unplug the AC adapter from the wall socket and from the light unit. 2. Remove four screws on the back cover and remove the cover. 3. Remove the battery terminals from the battery. Do not touch anything else inside. 4. Insert a flat head screw driver under the battery, slowly ply out the battery from the back cover and recycle it properly. 5. Reverse the process with new battery.
