Answer:	Contact the manufacturer. For what it’s worth my units automatically turn “OFF” after a minute or two when it senses no movement. In your case could there be an object in motion, fan, etc. the unit senses as movement therefore won’t switch to the “OFF” mode?

Answer:	Each starter (base) can accommodate a total of 5 lights. But they’re having stock issues. Took me 4 months to get the base unit and 5 months for the extension units.

Answer:	You WILL NOT get a t-connector with the CELLA light. There is no way to interconnect these lights without cutting and splicing. They simply are not available. I planned to string 5 CELLA lights together. After purchasing, unpacking, and throwing the original packaging out, I now find out the connectors cannot be obtained. I asked Phillips-Hue for them and they are very obtuse over this matter and I still don’t have my connectors. Make the connector available! At this price point, the connector should come with the CELLA light or at least be sold separately. Neither of which is an option.

Question:	Does the motion-activation stay on as long as there is something in front of it? Like if a pet goes to lay in front of it
Answer:	A: Yes it comes with a T connector, bollard lamp, stake/spike, and extension cord. If you are purchasing multiple extensions, use the T connector from the last extension lamp to connect the first or base unit bollard to the chain. The base unit does not come with a T connector. The last lamp on the chain does not need the T connector as it’s cord can connect directly to its extension cable which connects to lamp n-1’s T connector. Ignore the video and literature that shows the final T connector capped on the downstream side at the final lamp. For example, for a setup with 1 base bollard and 2 extension bollards. Connect the cable from the AC adapter to the base unit’s extension cable (if needed), then connect the extension cable, base bollard and the #1 extension bollard’s cable to the #2 extension bollard’s T connector. Question:	My mother says the light sensor does not fit into her socket. She’s 96 years old . I can’t imagine why it shouldn’t fit
Answer:	In my experience if it isn't indicated that you can mount either direction you probably shouldn't. Most outdoor light fixtures are designed to be instslled in wet areas so water doesn't pool inside. If mounted upside down when not designed that way it could lead to fire or premature disintegration from the inside out. I have coach lights I mounted upside down and discovered that the glass didn't sit correctly. The ocean air ate them up within a year and the wiring was exposed to salt air which made the fixture fail. If you are using Philips Hue bulbs it is important that the fixture is installed in the proper manner to protect them from the weather. Thry have alot more tech inside than a standard LED.
Question:	Will this detect movement from my pet
Answer:	There are two small screws on the outer casing (one on top the other below) and then the outer component which is the main aspect of what you see pictured can be removed and the bulb is accessible.

Answer:	It comes with the mounting stub as pictured. The mounting stub is the standard size for attaching to an electrical box (there are any number of options as to what size and style). I purchased this unit about a year ago and it has functioned flawlessly.
Question:	Will this work with fluorescent light fixtures
Answer:	My guess is you will burn them out. i tried this once with a water circulation pump (no light in the circuit) connected to a relay. A friend of mine had 3 of these in 3 different bathrooms in his house. the thought was as soon as someone walked into a bathroom, this device would activate a pump which would circulate hot water from the water tank to the fixtures (and hence the cold water in the line back to the tank for heating). We took precautions. first we made sure the power going to the 'hot' and neutral side of the sensors were from the same breaker (otherwise you could accidentally send 240 volts to the load if the sensors were on different sides of the line coming into your breaker panel). Second, we used a relay (mentioned earlier) as 'the load' because the draw (in amps) of the circulation pump was more than the sensor would allow as a pass though (you have to pay attention to the current these things will allow... watts, amps, miliamps - all need to know stuff! - we could have hooked it up directly, but it would have burned them out in short order, not to mention create a fire hazard). Finally, we ran all three of the load wires back to one junction box, tied them together with a wire nut (to complete the parallel connection you are talking about), and connected the load to the trigger side of the relay. we walked in each room and sure enough, the motion sensor engaged the relay, and the motor kicked on and the water circulated as designed. we thought we were home free. after about 2 months, we noticed one of the sensors was no longer activating the relay (and the pump did not run). we could eliminate the motor as it was completely separated from the electrical path. we discovered one of the motion sensors had burned out. replaced it, and all was well, and then a month later, a motion sensor from ANOTHER bathroom burned out. the relay hardly drew any power, so it couldn't be that. then we separated all of them and had three separate relays to engage the pump - never had another issue with burn-out. so what happened? we think if a person 'tripped' the motion sensor, it sent 110 volts to the load side of the other sensors (which were not activated by motion), and that 'back flow' of power messed up the electronics inside the sensors not in use. only explanation that made sense. so long story short, you could connect them in parallel, but i think they would burn out because of a 'back flow' between the devices. when we separated them with individual relays - no problems. e-circulation pump would have drawn more amps than the sensor allows to pass through we ranf the 'load' side of
