| Answer: | Three related answers:1) The light cover is tricky to remove (it's held down pretty tightly in place). To remove it, put your both hands up on either side of the fan body and slide your fingers into the gap between the two metal cylinders of the fan body. Using your fingers above to anchor your hands, press the cover up towards the housing with the heels of your hands, and rotate the cover counterclockwise a little bit at a time. After moving it 5 or 10 times, maybe an inch at a time, it will come off. Do the reverse to get it back on.2) If all the lights are out, check the fuse first. The fuse cover is up under the bulb cover too; it's a small black cylinder that that screws off. After we replaced our fuse, all four lights came back on. It's a 1 amp, 250 volt fuse, the small kind (it's 2 cm = ¾" long).3) Once you've got the light bulb cover off, the piece of the fan body that holds the bulbs (and fuse) comes off pretty easily, with quick-release plugs for the two wires. |

What you need to do then when the THURSDAY alarm has gone off at 6.45 am, press the ALARM1 button on the back to de-activate ALARM1, then press ALARM2 buton after 8.00 am to activate the ALARM2 for Friday morning. You'll then have to turn off ALARM2 by pressing button on back, then pressing ALARM1 for 6.45 am on Monday. I know it's a bit of messing around, but it's better than changing ALARM1 time after it's sounded on Thursday to 8.00 am for Friday, then changing back to 6.45 am for Monday. Cheerz ;^) |

| Answer: | The back light automatically comes on at night. Ours has been in use for about three weeks now and still have not charged it. The alarm feature, however, resets the entire clock when you turn it off. There are three alarm options. It was Alarm 1 that causes unit to reset. So we’ve been using Alarm 2. It’s been ok so far. Just an FYI. |

| Answer: | The light is simple enough to connect because it's just a snap plug from the motor to the light base. You will still need the light base installed or else it will look unfinished. The remote from the fan can turn on and off the light as well as the fan independently. If you connect with a power source from a switch, it's the best in my opinion because the fan will remember the previous state the fan and light were in. |

It does not come with a remote control, but he did install a remote control over the wall light switch which can be kept on the nightstand for convenience. The remote control is a little tricky when it comes to obtaining the desired level of light in the room. Just keep your thumb on the button, and the lighting will dim and then slowly brighten up the room. Release your thumb when it reaches the desired level of light in the room. For the fan portion of the remote control, there are buttons marked "0", "1", "2", & "3". The "0" turns off the fan. The other numbers represent the speed of the fan. |
