14 best korg capos
Korg is a well-known brand in the music industry, primarily recognized for its electronic musical instruments and audio equipment. However, Korg was not particularly known for producing capos. Capos are typically associated with acoustic and electric guitars, and Korg's primary focus has been on synthesizers, MIDI controllers, digital pianos, and other electronic musical equipment.
It's possible that Korg may have expanded its product range since then or introduced capos as part of their accessory offerings, but we do not have information on such developments if they occurred after 2023.If you're specifically looking for capos for your guitar or other stringed instruments, you may want to explore brands that specialize in guitar accessories or capos, as they would likely offer a wider range of options and expertise in this area.

PitchCrow-G Clip-On Tuner Black. The PitchCrow-G is completely compact of all fully-featured clip-on tuners. Its streamlined design includes everything you need to tune accurately, quickly and is approximately 20% smaller and lighter than previous Korg models. Included with the PitchCrow-G is a vivid, full-color LCD and dedicated guitar/bass modes, as well as an ultra-high precision fine-tuning function that allows for accuracy as great at ±0.1 cents. Battery life is also approximately three times longer than previous units, allowing for approximately 24 hours of continuous operation. Forty years after it developed the worlds first needle-type meter tuner, KORG has created the the PitchCrow-G, bringing accuracy and reliability to a higher level for clip-on tuners. Compact and lightweight clip-on tuner with a straightforward design The PitchCrow-G provides maximum functionality at the minimum size. In keeping with KORGs philosophy towards tuning products, a smaller, sleeker, and more accurate clip-on tuner was the ultimate goal when designing the PitchCrow-G. The most notable change is in the size of the display. Without increasing the size of the meter's display area, KORG significantly narrowed the unused space around the edge resulting in a more compact tuner overall. They also significantly slimmed down the thickness of the body. Both of these factors also significantly reduced the weight of the PitchCrow-G. The clip section has also been improved. The clip uses a more efficient and simplistic design, resulting in improved strength and reliability. It goes without saying that the new design provides uncompromised holding power on any type of headstock, and also retains maximum flexibility due to the its unique ball joint. Small, yet easily visible, light. yet strong. The PitchCrow-G provides a more advanced tuning experience for all guitarists and bassists. Bright and colorful LCD The color LCD display easily visible in a variety of settings. The high-bright...

User questions & answers
Question: | can I set the pitch to |
Answer: | Mine did. Good unit - Korg stuff is usually well made; this is no exception. |
Question: | Mine didn't have a battery in it. That's disappointing. Does anybody know which battery it takes? Not listed on the product or in the meager instruct |
Answer: | 30mm or 1.18 inch |
Question: | Does this work for a flute |
Answer: | It's standard spacing. Fit right on my old spanish made classical. I think it would be 1 3/8" spacing and 10 mm posts. A great product for the money. They are not Schallers, but few tuners are. |
Question: | Will it work for ukulele |
Answer: | I cannot say if it fits ALL classical guitar. I do know that it fits the Denver classical guitar that I have. But I think it should fit all classical guitar since the tuners are standard. In my case, I had to slightly widen the holes using a piece of sand paper on a pencil because it was a little too tight. The screws to hold the tuners in place did not line up with the original but that may not always be the case. Even if the screw holes do not line up, this is very easy to fix: a very thin screwdriver pressed into the wood will give the small screws a good grip to start, after which just tightening the screws will finish the job. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Can it do more than 6 notes/strings for alternate tunings like Open D |
Answer: | "Aux" is always for input of sound INTO the machine. Meaning - if you plug an adapter cord between your phone and this boombox, the phone music will play out of the phone and into this boombox. When used in this way, think of the boombox as a really BIG set of headphones. (Many reviewers have seen the 3.5mm plug, and assume it is will play OUT of the boombox and INTO headphones - this is not correct.) |
Question: | Can this be used on a trombone |
Answer: | Yes, plugs into the wall. |
Question: | Does it come with batteries |
Answer: | I don't think any boombox type device will do that, but they do make devices that are a little more expensive than this to be able to transfer from tape over to digital media. There are companies that will do it for you, if you give them the tapes, which may turn out to be a lot less money then having to invest in one of those machines yourself and doing the job yourself. I did see a Sony device here however that claimed it was able to copy from a CD to the USB port, and it's not the $58 Sony one that's popular but I think it might've been around $86 if I'm not mistaken. Anything other than cd to USB, or USB/CD/radio to cassette (which there are plenty of here and in other stores), then you're going to need a much higher end transfer device. |
Question: | what is the frequency range of this tuner? does the frequency stay after you power-cycle it, or does it go back to |
Answer: | 1.5 Watts x 2; Total 3 Watts. SGM Direct |

User questions & answers
Question: | the screen has light |
Answer: | Turn on the tuner and play a string. it will tell you what note you are closest to and whether you're sharp or flat of that note. Tune up or down as necessary to get to the desired note. The only way to go wrong is to be attempting to tune a string an octave higher or lower than it should be. However, it will be more than obvious if you've got a string tuned to the wrong octave. If you're an octave too low the strings likely to be lying on the fingerboard. If an octave too high, well, it's more likely that the string broke before you got it tuned that high. This tuner is as accurate as any tuner needs to be outside of scientific purposes. I have been using mine for 5+ years and it's always reliable. |
Question: | How would I tune a violin with this |
Answer: | Carol, Forgive the delay. I had to do a little checking on the harmonica. I cannot honestly say it would work do to the ability to tune an instrument. For instance, tuning a hammered dulcimer uses a pick up lead attached to the instrument and an adjusting wrench to tune the instrument. I do not recall a harmonica being a tunable instrument, but then I could certainly be wrong. I use my Korg on all eight of my instruments and like it. Wishing you well. |
Question: | harmonica |
Answer: | It uses a different tone to accent the 1st beat. That is the default pattern. It also has a variety of "accents" for different beat patterns you can cycle through. |
Question: | Does the metronome have an accented 1st beat of the phrase |
Answer: | Yes |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does it offer a just intonation setting under the additional temperament presets |
Answer: | Yes, the tuner will remember all settings (including 432Hz) each time it is turned on/off. Settings will reset to their factory state when the battery is replaced. |
Question: | Could this tune down to 432 instead of |
Answer: | Hey Jim, congrats on picking up the cello! The UberTuner does indeed attach to the bridge, and the bright/large screen is very easy to see from playing distance. It handles the fundamental and harmonics without a hitch. I am one of the founders of KLIQ so hopefully some other cello players can chime in with their personal feedback. Cheers! |
Question: | there are 8 different temperaments listed on this tuner - but not equal temperament - which temperament is used for tuning the piano |
Answer: | I just did this myself. Hold the mode (middle) button in for 2 seconds, and the 440 will flash. Then press the A4 (lower) button several times to scroll through the Hz, from 430-450. I love this tuner! My instrument sounds better than ever, over several octaves! |
Question: | Has anyone had any success with using this device to tune a piano |
Answer: | The MetroPitch has a built-in mic which will detect the notes you sing, and show you whether you're flat, sharp, or in tune. Like all other tuners of this kind, it works a lot better with longer sustained notes versus staccato singing. I hope that helps. |

Question: | what is the fastest setting |
Answer: | No. I verified with the manufacturer it can only produce a single rhythm at a time. |
Question: | does it have a clip on the back |
Answer: | After you power the device on, press the mode button so you are in "Pitch" mode. I believe the default pitch you will get is an A at 440. You can use that pitch to tune your cello - just tune the A-string to that pitch. If it doesn't come up with a A, you can turn the wheel and as you do, it changes the pitch. You can turn it to each pitch of the 4 cellos strings, A, D, G & C. Just make sure you don't tune to a sharp or flat, just the straight pitch. |
Question: | Does it track note values like triplets, 8th notes, dotted quarter notes, etc |
Answer: | If your question is related to operating power, it requires 2 AAA batteries. Without modification, there is no capability to apply external power. |
Question: | What kind of noise does it make. A basic tick sound or some kind of tone |
Answer: | I’m not sure if it’s your Yamaha , please you measure and check your card slot according to the image size, and refer to the exact size of this product before purchasing. |

The Korg TM series which lets you use a tuner and metronome simultaneously, has been revamped. The TM-60 is the newest model and features a larger display that can show the tuner and metronome simultaneously. The battery life has also been dramatically improved. With the all-new TM-60, you’ll be able to enjoy pitch training and rhythm training without having to switch functions or be concerned with battery life.
Convenient and Easy to Use
Tuning and rhythm training are indispensable for brass band or orchestral practice. In addition to letting you use the tuner and metronome simultaneously, the TM-60 features a display that’s approximately 1.3 times larger than the previous model, allowing easy viewing even when the unit is placed on your music stand, and also allowing the tuner and metronome functions to both be viewed simultaneously. You’ll be able to use practicing techniques that are idiomatic to orchestral instruments, while varying the tone in time with the tempo, or checking the pitch of chords while using the metronome.
Excellent Response Meter
Korg's proprietary technology accurately detects the pitch without any time lag. The pitch drift that is prone to occur during long tones played on a wind instrument can be detected before it happens, letting you train yourself to produce unwavering tone with stable pitch.
Wide Detection Range
The TM-60 can detect note names and pitches for a variety of orchestral and other instruments. The range from C1 to C8 can easily be detected. Even acoustic instruments that are difficult to detect because their sound contains a significant amount of low-frequency energy or a large number of partials, such as guitar and ukulele, can be tuned easily and accurately. By attaching the CM-200 clip on microphone to your instrument, the vibrations can be sent directly to the tuner for more accurate tuning.
- KORG TECHNOLOGY: High precision, simultaneous use tuner and metronome with Instant pitch detection response
- CONVENIENT: Large, backlit LCD display, adjustable calibration and marked third intervals
- VERSATILE: C1-C8 detection range for variety of instruments, 15 rhythm variations and 3 types of tempo settings
- PRACTICAL: Memory backup, auto shut off and long battery life
- PRECISE: CM-200 clip on microphone ensures accurate tuning every time
User questions & answers
Question: | Do they sell the clip on part |
Answer: | Are you getting that speed directly connected to your modem, or via wireless? If it is via wireless, the wireless router you have COULD be the issue (not necessarily, but potentially). If those are the speeds that you're getting when hard connected to the SB6190 modem, then Comcast likely isn't providing the bandwidth they promised. You also need to know your computer's network card capabilities, which may limit the DL speeds, even when hard connected to the modem.I have this modem and I have the Comcast 150MB/s plan. I usually get DL speeds that are surprisingly over 150MB/s when hard connected to the modem. This modem can handle DL speeds much higher than 250MB, so if you're hard connected to it, the problem is likely with Comcast. |
Question: | will this tuner work on voice |
Answer: | Its definitely not true that it has "no RAM" as you can see at the link below even the older SB6183 has 128MB of DDR3 RAM (and 16MB Flash for the firmware/OS). However people are correct in saying that how much dosen't really matter since this is only a modem. Unless you are only connecting one device straight into it you're going to be using a router, so the RAM/CPU specs of it your router are far more important. This modem will not be your bottleneck at any point. If I had to guess though since its designed to support up to 1.4 Gbps downstream speeds my guess would be around 128 to 256MB of DDR3 RAM. I do know it uses the intel puma 6 chipset which is based on a 1.2Ghz atom CPU.In general though I say just go with whatever you can afford that supports the largest numbers of bonded channels so you have a more future proof modem. I decided to go with this Arris because that's the brand my small local cable co seems to always use so I feel there is a better chance of them updating the firmware of it. The Netgear CM600 would be a good choice as well since its close to the same number of bonded channels supported (24x8, vs the 32x8 of this Arris modem).https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r29783073-SB6183-Naked-SB6183-DG1670A-Latency-Shootout (the RAM chip on the mobo is 128MB of Samsung DDR3 RAM) |
Question: | Includes the CM-200 clip on microphone |
Answer: | Just off the phone with Xfinity to get this provisioned (can't do it on your own, they have to add it in via MAC address before it will work). As previously mentioned in these answers this does NOT support Gigabit speeds with Comcast/Xfinity. Gigabit requires DOCSYS 3.1, this is 3.0. It does work with the 150Mbps (what I have), 250, and 400 plans. Xfinity site says "Up to 644 Mbps" - https://mydeviceinfo.xfinity.com/device/arris-sb6190-461 |
Question: | Can it be used for a trumpet |

Question: | Will the digital screen show metronome rate |
Answer: | Yes it does, but it isn’t the best. |

Answer: | Absolutely it can. It does have a 1/4” out. |
Question: | how sensitive is the pitch control? by semitone, or other? I'd like to microtune; might be accomplished with mod but it'd be nice if with pitch itself |
Answer: | I don’t know if I’ve just been lucky with mine but I have not experienced dropped notes (unless I accidentally missed the key.) You do have to play a tad more heavy handed but I’m very happy with mine. |

Answer: | Honestly, I can’t remember, I bought this Item to go with a midi controller keyboard that I returned. The keyboard didn’t have a sound module, so I bought this to be able to hear it. It did work, but when I returned the keyboard it seemed silly to keep the midiplus, so it was returned as well. Sorry I can’t be more help. |

Question: | Is the switch "clickless" like the full-size Pitchblack pedal |
Answer: | I've have not used the full-size Pitchblack, but my mini never gets used because the "pop" is offensive at mid-large size shows. It may be due to the fact that I'm using an acoustic guitar with a phatom powered DI. When using my electric guitar plugged into an electric guitar amp, there is no "pop". You will still hear a slight "click" from the mechanics of the switch, but I doubt that would bother anyone. |

User questions & answers
Question: | can i run it out to my other things, like pedal and amp and always keep it on |
Answer: | Internal speakers are very good. Plays as a piano, only 61 keys’ and as a church organ and positive organ. But if u wish it has audio out for an amp which would be connected to speakers. Enjo. |
Question: | My dog ate the power cable do you know where i can get a replacement |
Answer: | Sure. "D" is still a note of the guitar, after all. All you have to with ANY "guitar-only" tuner is tune to fretted notes instead of open ones. |
Question: | So there is a silent mode |
Answer: | I've only ever used it on a cello. |
Question: | Where is that 1U rack from the pictures available? I can't find it |
Answer: | Yes, thanks for the question. Megatone Music |
