Answer:	Yes, it can......be sure to soak your foot in warm water for between 15-30 minutes then take it very slowly as the skin will shave off very easily. I got a bit over zealous at first which lead me to reach below the skin and it did bleed. So be cautious and take it slow and don't try it without soaking foot first to get the callous soft.
