Answer:	Yes. I don't have a dimmer switch where I am using these.

Answer:	They will not, but they won't look nearly as harsh as 5000K "Daylight" bulbs. 5000K is a pretty stark color that looks like a harsh blueish light inside the home. I can't stand it myself. I find 3500K to be the perfect natural white color, where the light is white instead of orange like it is with 3000K or 2700K bulbs, but it isn't harsh and blueish like 5000K bulbs. These bulbs are 3000K which produces a warm, orange light that is particularly soothing at night. It's a little too orange for my tastes, but may be just what you're looking for if you want a soft, yellowish light.

Answer:	These are LED bulbs which product little or no heat. Your plant should be safe.

Answer:	No. It emits light at a wide angle from the front face of the bulb. It is designed for recessed or track light type GU10 fixtures.
Question:	What is the light spread (is it a narrow beam or a wide beam
Answer:	In terms of electricity draw, yes it should be fine. You'd have to assess the other properties of the appliance to determine whether it's safe in total since this is not an appliance bulb. Eg bulbs for ovens are specially designed for a high heat environment, which this bulb is not. Same for water, cold, etc.
Question:	What's the cri (color rendering index) on these
Answer:	Yes i used mine in the range hood and they work & fit perfect. I only had to replace one as the color matched the bulbs that were original in hood. Yes there is a lens covering the LED's. I would recommend.
