Answer:	My experience with trying to dim LED lights is that the technology for the dimmers isn't good enough to work properly. My dimmer switch for a bedroom lamp burned out from trying this. Best to use LEDs only for non-dimming purposes, stick with incandescent for dimming. Hopefully this will be changing.

Answer:	Contrary to most opinions here, it has nothing to do with Title 20 - the specs for these bulbs are way above Title 20 requirements. The reason this doesn't ship to CA (while smaller packs of the exact same light bulb do) is because of Proposition 65, related to the cancer warning on the packaging. This SKU doesn't have the warning on the package, while the smaller boxes do. The "lots of dim bulbs in CA" comment was really funny BTW. Maybe they should pass a proposition about that.

Answer:	While that was the way incandescent bulbs worked, the LED bulbs function differently. They simply "step up" the amount of light by the 25W (equivalent) each time you turn the switch. Incandescent 3-way bulbs work by turning on two different filaments for the lower wattages, then the both of them for the highest wattage. LED are not filament bulbs and aren't limited to the simple combination. In fact, I have an LED "sunrise" lamp that increases across a fine range of brightness to wake me up in the morning. This LED bulb really does produce three different levels of light equivalent to the 50-75-100W.
Question:	How do you switch between the levels
Answer:	5000K is very white, bright, perhaps, even intense, light. It might be great for reading at night. However, if you are interested in warm, pleasant effect, I would recommend 2700K-3000K..

Answer:	I don’t understand your question. Do you mean when you replace the bulb or actually use the lamp without the glass shade? It is a very unique and attractive lamp. If you buy it, not sure why you would want to take the glass shade off. That is part of why it is a unique lamp.

Answer:	I have an Edison bulb in mine. I tried the one that came with the lamp and a bigger bulb that I already had. Because mine are Edison bulbs, they are very warm and not cold at all. There’s also a dimmer. If you’re using an LED it would probably be pretty bright though. More cold.

Answer:	Dimmer plugs into wall and then lamp plugs into dimmer. Got ours at Lights Plus.
