Answer:	These are high quality drafting type pencils, but I have used these for many years for general writing and have never had any comfort issues. If you have used instruments with rubber grips and prefer them, I would say go that way. I hope this response helps you.
Question:	Can these be used in an enclosed ceiling light fixture
Answer:	No, it does have the “support piece”- a sheath that covers the lead as it’s advanced through the opening. However, should it break, you have to physically click the pencil top to advance the lead. That sheath is only there to lessen the chances of breaking the lead with too much pressure, it doesn’t have the fancy mechanism that other pencils do, but it’s still an excellent pencil nonetheless.

Answer:	Nothing automatic about this pencil. You click on the knock (top) of the pencil and the lead advances. As I said, nothing automatic about it.

Answer:	It is the Twist Erase III (and not regular Twist Erase). The box and pencils themselves don't show "III" on them, but they are the Twist Erase III with the more sturdy construction than the regular Twist Erase pencils. If you go to the Pentel website, you'll see these same looking pencils for Twist Erase III.

Answer:	Those are the thicknesses of the lead in the pencil: fine, medium, large

Answer:	Good question. I use these pencils almost every day for the last 10+ years. I don't think I've purchased more than 3 or 4 of them due to their durability. I've never noticed the word "automatic" in the title until you asked this question. I suppose, in Clintonian terms, it depends on the definition of "automatic". I suspect it refers to the process of the lead "automatically" loading into the pencil barrel when you push on the top of the pencil to load a new piece of lead. Short of contacting Pentel, I wish you good luck on finding the answer.

Connect smart bulb with Smart Life APP

Step 1: Search "Smart Life" on Phone or Scan the QR code on User Manual/Package to download it.

Step 2: Make sure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. Turn on and off the bulb 3 times to switch the bulb to Easy Mode (Recommended).

Step 3: Click "+" at the upper right corner and choose "Lighting" on the left, then go "Lighting" on the page.

Step 4: Choose the local Wi-Fi, enter correct password and confirm.

Tips for Connection with APP Smart Life

1. Please download correct APP “Smart Life” by scanning the QR code on package(The blue and white icon).

2. Make sure use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi when connecting with the smart bulb.

3. Easy Mode is recommended for the connection, if it can connect with Easy Mode, please turn to AP Mode.

4. Please make sure enter correct Wi-Fi password.

Connection with Alexa

Step 1: Tap "Skills" in the hamburger menu, then search "Smart Life".

Step 2: Select "Smart Life" and tap "ENABLE" to enable the Skill.

Step 3: Come to the account link page. Type in your Smart Life account and password, don't forget to select the country/region where your account belongs to.

Step 4: Tap "Link Now" to link your Smart Life account.

Tips for Alexa Connection

1. The country/region, the account, and the password must match with the your Smart Life account.

2. Please rename the bulb with an easy name for voice control.

3. Alexa needs to discover your smart devices before controlling them.

4. Make sure the Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz.

Question:	Will this work with my ring security system
Answer:	The hue hub directly controls the bulbs (one hue hub can control 50? bulbs). Alexa can install a “skill” (an app/program) that communicates with the hue hub. The end result: You say “alexa turn on bedroom light", Alexa passes the request to the hue hub, hub turns the light on, Alexa gets a reply that the request was fulfilled and lights are on. You can control the hue hub directly with an app, or you can use an apple or google smart device to do the same thing that alexa does.
Question:	How much heat can they take. Can they be used above a stove
Answer:	I have an Echo dot gen 3 and purchased these bulbs last month. Got them connected easily and they worked for 3 weeks and now Alexa cannot discover them. I tried to leave a review on my purchase, but the message says they’ve noticed unusual reviews on this product so they won’t let me leave one. Guess everyone is having the same issue.
Question:	Just put all my lights in the home and my hue app isn’t finding them, they’re on and hue bridge is connected. Am I missing something
Answer:	Just got these for Prime Day deal. You need a hub to take full advantage of voice control (Alexa/Google). Otherwise, you need to set them up via Bluetooth for Alexa which means the Echo device needs to be within 30 feet of the lights. Even my Echo Dot 4 feet away from the lights, the operation of the bulbs is hit and miss. Worked bout 85% of the time. The rest of the time the Echo said it couldn't communicate with the lights. You can also use the Philips Hue (Bluetooth) app. For the price, I really was not impressed with the functionality of them. Also purchased some LOHAS Smart LED bulbs (got 3 bulbs for the price of these 2) and those work great. The LOHAS are both Bluetooth and Wifi, with no hub needed at all. Cant really recommend the Philips as I don't want to purchase a hub. Will most likely return these as the LOHAS bulbs work way better.
Question:	Will these work with Aqara hub
Answer:	I have one that came with my Echo Show 10, it paired with the Echo Show and the other Echos can control it no issue. But you have to have an Echo with Zigbee function - that means the older Echo Plus, or the new 4th gen Echo or an Echo Show 10. If not, you'll need to use Hue's hub and use the Hue skill to link to your Alexa network. Of the choices, I recommend the show, because it gives you visuals when installing. however most my smart devices are wifi using the Smart Life app and intergrate using that skill.

1. Click on the "Home" page.

EZ Mode (quick flash) ：Firstly, make sure that the device is powered off for more than 10 seconds, then power on the device. Wait for a while until the lighting device starts flashing quickly, and the device enters EZ Mode. You can add the device now.

• AP Mode

AP Mode (slow flash): There is no need to power off the device, but you need to turn on and off the power of the device three times (on-off-on-off-on) while the lighting device is flashing fast (the interval between each on and off requires 2 to 4 seconds) . Answer:	The C by GE smart home lights work with any Alexa device as long as there is a wifi bridge or hub for the lights to connect to. These receive commands via BlueTooth only. Your Amazon Echo Show sends out commands via wifi. So in order for the Alexa device to communicate with the bulbs, C by GE offers their Smart On/Off Plug or wired-in wall switches as hubs for the lights. Each C by GE hub can have up to 32 bulbs connected to it. You will want to set the C by GE products up in the C by GE app and then link the skill in the Alexa app.

Answer:	I have had a problem with the top staying on if I am quickly stashing the pencil in an organizer or briefcase slot. The best technological fix is to separate the top from the bottom and rub the white center stem of the bottom part of the pen with BEESWAX! Question:	Is this a globe light bulb, like for vanities
Answer:	The reason the fixture says that is that anything exceeding 25 watts will overload the wiring and/or overheat the fixture. Because led bulbs use less actual amperage at a given voltage, they use far less watts to produce the same amount of light as an equivalent incandescent bulb. This means that a 40w equivalent led bulb uses less watts than a 25w incadescent, so you're safe when. It comes to watts. The other factor is heat fr the bulb itself. Led bulbs do produce heat, but they are more efficient in their conversion of energy from electricity to light, so they produce less heat per lumen emitted. That being the case, a 40w equivalent led bulb will emit less heat than a 25w incandescent bulb. So you should be safe on both issues. One point to note: a 40w equivalent led bulb will be brighter than a 25 bulb. That fact by itself might make it an undesirable choice if thr bulb is to be installed in a fixture where softer light is more practical.
