Answer: | Assuming this has the same bulb base I'd expect it would for less than a second. Your flashlight would be fine except for having a burned out bulb. My Dad once showed me how long an old fashioned incandescent 110V bulb lasted when connected to 220VAC. So at 6 times the rated voltage it might be your eye never sees a flash. You willing to modify that unit to limit the current flow through the LED light? I'll suggest a resistance and power rating when I get a chance to look into it. |

Answer: | A military flashlight? I one in mine. Every old flashlight I have around this dump has one of these in them. They won't knock you out with their brightness like a surefire, but they're better then the krypton bulbs because they last longer. Your c cell batteries are 1.5 volts each. Same as the lil double AA's. Only difference is run time. |

Answer: | I am using the LED bulbs in my old flashlights, they are two AA battery lights, I think the PR3 indicates three batteries, and 4.5 Volts, too much for the Dorcy 41-1643? |
