Answer:	I have the exact same problem and this completely fixed our issue. We didn't want to drink the water because of the Sulphur smell and taste, but as soon as we installed this we couldn't taste it anymore. We did have a cheap sediment filter before this because our water had a good amount of sediment and rust. The pre-filter was probably 25-30 microns for most of the time, so consider that. We've been using ours for probably 6 or 7 years and haven't touched it, and the water is still great. I know others said it wouldn't remove the smell and taste, but it worked and is still working wonders for us.

Answer:	I believe it will fit. My installation is approximately 18" deep from the wall at the widest part of the brine tank and 29" wide at the same point. I could have pushed the tanks together and squeezed them into a smaller area. I think they would fit in an area 26 inches wide.The pipes attach to the tall tank at 56" from the floor. I did install the plastic bypass to the back of the tank and that adds a few inches to the pipes on the back of the tank. I also added a manual bypass to the pipes above the tank coming from the main water line.

Answer:	The system is designed for a minimal reduction in flow and pressure drop. You should not be able to feel the reduction unless your water pressure is really low to begin with.

Answer:	In our Signature Series, there are three tanks and a pre-filter. The installation order should have your water traveling from your pipes, through the pre-filter, through the media tank, and finally through the resin tank. The Brine tank (shorter tank), is what holds the salt water.

Question:	anything to indicate unit is on or off
Answer:	Yes, it comes with two circuits that can be used on two separate pipes if your water is set up like yours. The key is to do hot and cold pipes, not just your hot line. Make sure the direction of the wire wrapping is the same direction related to the flow direction of the water. If not, the circuits will cancel each other and the device will act like it is off or disconnected.
Question:	Would a plumber or electrician be called to install this if I am unable
Answer:	This is not a device you want to install outside.I installed it on the wall inside my garage. Basically I had to make a hole on the wall to get the leads to connect to the Eddy. It was handy to have an electric outlet near to the area where it was installed.
Question:	Will this work to eliminate hard water spots when washing my dark colored vehicle
Answer:	I don't know about car spots, but we have way less build up on the sinks and shower head.We put the unit on the galvanized iron pipe in the 1950's home we bought, and we could see a difference after a few weeks. Then we moved to a condo and installed an Eddy on the PVC incoming water pipe and we could see a difference right away. Much less stool ring, sink scum and shower head build up. I would say that the Eddy seems to work better on PVC than iron pipe. It may pay to insert a section of PVC for the Eddy if your home has iron plumbing.

The main constituent of the lime scale is calcium and magnesium carbonates, these compounds form into hard deposits setting on the rough or heating surface, like sinks, faucets, pipes and inside appliances.

HQUA 5000E functions by the complex, frequency modulated electromagnetic wave that transmitted through two cable bands wrapped around the main water pipe. Answer:	We have done a lot of work on the cartridge in water pressure drop, You can see that our cartridge use the pleated polyester, it enabled its filtering area is almost 7 times than the normal version, something which is lacking in other similar products. Answer:	The cartridge life depends on your water hardness and water usage, here is a formula: Capacity (gallons)=280,000/your hardness value (grains). When you're not sure about the filter replacement, you can burn a pot of water, If hot water sediments is formed, you need to replace the filter cartridge. Thank you!

Answer:	My water pipes are PVC so it was a matter of cutting and gluing various 90 degree elbows and small sections of PVC pipe. If your pipes are copper, there are options such as shark bite fittings that do not require soldering. Would however recommend a suitable cutting tool to ensure straight cuts for best results.
