Answer:	I have not had that happen. If you have had this for a while and have hard water, the valve may need to be cleaned; Cleaning is fairly simple with help from Google. "CLean Watts Valve" That said, if you are getting hot water maybe leave it alone.
Question:	Is the grundfos 595926 a replacement for the watts wpwp367010 sensor
Answer:	Grundfos is our supplier, for the hot water sensor valves. This is the same product, if you look at the photo it will show our Watts logo. I hope this is helpful.
Question:	Can the sensor valve be cleaned
Answer:	I can give an answer of a qualified "yes". I bought the Watts system (pump & valve) in January 2017. In November 2019, so just under three years, the valve stopped working; it stayed closed, and would not open, so whether the pump was running or not, we did not have hot water in a short time as expected. I ordered a replacement valve from Amazon and after it was installed, the system was working again. I wasn't able to figure out how to dismantle the valve as mentioned by another reviewer, and tried CLR briefly but decided to just use vinegar. After I immersed the faulty valve in vinegar (5% acetic acid) for six to eight weeks, I was pleasantly surprised that the original valve had apparently come back to life! Now the valve is open when at room temperature, and is closed after running hot water (105° or so) through it for a few seconds. You can test a valve by plugging the outlet for the hot water tap with your finger and blowing into the "hot" end of the valve. Listen for air to exit the "cold" side of the valve when the valve is cool, no air exiting when the valve has been warmed up. I won't know for sure if this original valve will function until my replacement fails and I reinstall the original valve, but I have reason to be optimistic that I won't have to buy a new valve every two to three years. The valve I purchased from Amazon seems to work exactly as well as the original product. I rate it at four stars to acknowledge that if people have not yet purchased a system, they may want to look for a model that is more robust than the Watts product.
Question:	Scalding water on cold side. Is this a symptom of failure
Answer:	Yes, if the water is scalding, that's not supposed to happen. The valve should maintain the hot water at the faucet at about 100°F, which is comfortably warm, not scalding. Of course, when you let the hot water run, it will get hotter from there. It is true that in normal operation, there will be some warm water in the cold water supply, but cooler than 100°F, not scalding. If you get scalding water in the cold water from the faucet, something is wrong. Could be the valve, could be the installation. If it's worked in the past, then probably the valve has failed. If you just installed it, probably the installation is wrong. Here by "scalding," I mean too hot to put your hand into.

Answer:	Yes. Mine are mounted in my shower. However, they were anchored by my contractors. All I can tell you is that they’re attached to the stud in the wall, and we have new tiles.

Answer:	I think they are 10 by 2inch. I had to go to 3in. screws on part of my application. I also used a caulk around all the screws. You will probably need a stud finder?

Answer:	You can have both, but because the sprayer gun and the filter faucet both need a hole to mount on your sink you will need to drill a new hole to mount the faucet if your sink has the space. I removed my sprayer to make room to install the filter faucet, and did not drill an additional hole.

The base of the filter (above the counter top is 2 inches in diameter. The shaft protruding beneath the granite is 1 1/2" and the granite is 1 1/4" think. I my "professional opinion" this should work for you. :)

Question:	Does the faucet valve stay in an open position for filling large containers or do you have to hold it open
Answer:	That's a great question! It implies that the new filters are less effective than the well used filters you removed. Possibly your action in effecting the replacements dislodged some sediment which showed up in your first sample----but more likely, I think, is that the original filters were saturated with debris such that less debris was passing through---sort of like oil filters in your car pinch down somehow and pass less debris (and oil) through than when they were new. It would be interesting if you would sample your water on a regular schedule and report the result against / time passing to see if there is a trend there which would explain what may be happening? I'm kind of surprised that any ppm would show up at all because I thought a reverse osmosis system was supposed to pass 'distilled' quality water? I'll be interested to hear what others more knowledgable than I have to say on the subject.

Answer:	I don't think so. The faucet is meant to be used with a RO system. It does not fill the function of an air gap.

Answer:	Probably but you might have a flood if you do. the gap is there in case the drain hose clogs.

Answer:	This faucet comes with 3 lines, two (one red and one black) come attached, and are the brine in and brine out lines that pass through the air gap. which is basically a check valve and anti-syphen device to prevent sink drain from contaminating the RO system. The third line is blue (processed water delivery line) and is attached to the end of the threaded main shaft after the faucet is in place. A three piece compression fitting is provided to attach the blue line. Mounting hardware is also provided with the faucet set. Answer:	Unfortunately, this filter kit is not designed for the UF3 3-Stage Filtration System. While the filters themselves can be installed, you will not have the same contaminant filtration as before.
Question:	Does this Kit Fit Watt's Premier model WP-5,, WP5-50,, KP-5 RO-5M
Answer:	I believe I read in the manual that if the filters are stopped up (full) then the water will stop flowing. You would then need to purchase this kit (assuming it's compatible with your system) and replace the filters.

Answer:	I got these to replace the RO filter set that I got from Costco a while back. However, I dont remember mine was Pureblue brand or not. It doesnt ring a bell. The replacement filters fits perfectly and work wonders.
