Answer:	Yes, I found something that measures 3.5 and checked and it does fit in the corners, it will not fit in the center by the handle.

Answer:	I had mine for 18 months before the bottom ripped. However, we kept it hanging in a shower with 5 large shampoo bottles and shaving cream. We packed it so heavy I expected it to rip long before it did.
Question:	Product states it's a dual nozzle. Are both nozzles situated on the same mechanism? How does the female nozzle work
Answer:	It folds flat, but will not stay flat unless held by the loop that is attached to it. Its natural state is open. The attached loop holds it loosely closed, but if storing it flat was a concern, I would probably find a heavy rubber band to keep it it closed.

Question:	What size hole do I need to drill on the vanity for the hot water line? Is it very visible
Answer:	I had the 180 with the on/off lever. One early morning in the dark, my leg brushed against the lever and lifted it as I stood up and I didn't notice. Flooding everywhere. I am now buying the 185 with the twist knob to prevent any more expensive accidents. But I love the cleanliness this thing does for me and haven't used TP in years. Really sailed through the Covid toilet paper panic of early 2020. It takes about a week to get used to the cold water spray, but I never feel as clean with TP I have to use outside the home as I do with my bidet.
Question:	Will this work with bleach tablets put in the tank? I don't want my bum to make regular contact with bleached water
Answer:	I have a Kohler toilet that came with their seat and it works fine. Most seats should fit since the bideit only uses up 1/2 inch of space. Note that when choosing your seat check the bolts that come with the seat. If the bolts are short,less than 1 1/2 inces ,choose a different seat since the bidet takes up an extra 1/2 of the seat bolt.
Question:	Is it really worth the extra work and money for this one vs. the VI110 model? How important is the warm water
Answer:	The nozzles are side by side and drop down only when activated. When the knob is turned to Wash, the regular cleaning nozzle will drop down. When the knob is turned to Women, the women's nozzle will drop down. The women's nozzle has a slightly lower angle and softer spray.
Question:	What do you do while waiting for the hot water to arrive from the heater tank
Answer:	Try switching to a different toilet seat. I set up two of them with the most expensive, self-closing, easy removal for cleaning, seats (one American Standard and one Kohler) and had the same problem that you have. I tried everything that Luxe suggested to fix exactly the problem you had and was not successful until I replaced the seats with much less expensive, but also self-closing and easy to remove for cleaning, Bemis seats. (They come in both round and elongated and it says "justlift" on the box.) With the American Standard and Kohler seats, the attachment from the seat to the bowl includes a heavy plastic molding between the screws that presses the front of the bidet frame down, angling the nozzles down so that the water shoots out between the bowl and the seat (and onto your clothing!). With the Bemis seat, the nozzle does not get pressed down when you sit down and the water stays directed where it needs to go. Hope this helps and saves you the hours of time and wasted work that it took us to figure this out.

Question:	Which toilet seats on Amazon (or another store) is this compatible with? I bought one of these but it's not compatible with our toilet seat
Answer:	Any easily removable toilet seat in wood or plastic (lift-off or with flanges that rotate) which also has a Bemis Sta-Tite or comparable attachment system will not work optimally with the Luxe Neo model 180 or 185 bidets.The expansive bushings located at the top of the attachment bolts will never make it through the approximately 3/8-inch deep plastic base/insert of the bidet to reach the holes in the toilet where they are supposed to exert their effect of ensuring a tightly seated toilet seat. These bushings also do not fit particularly well through the adjustable slots on top of the plastic bidet attachment. Wooden toilet seats with outer hinge tabs are not optimal since they will very likely cause the toilet seat to not rest flat on the bowl due to contact with the plastic base/insert of the bidet on top of the toilet bowl. Additional rubber bumpers will likely be needed to correct such a resulting angled and misaligned seat. The best option appears to be a heavy duty plastic toilet seat (since plastic seats do not have any outer hinge tabs) without the aforementioned Sta-Tite or comparable attachment system. Two likely candidates as of 06/19/2015 are the following: BEMIS Just-Lift Round Closed Front Toilet Seat in White Model # 584SLOWJ 000 at $29.98 and the BEMIS Just-Lift Elongated Closed Front Toilet Seat in White Model # 1584SLOWJ 000 at $34.98. Both of these seats are available from The Home Depot either in-store or online. I have today (06/30/2015) purchased and installed one of these Bemis Just-Lift toilet seats (round model) from my local Home Depot and it is truly "just what the doctor ordered" for easy installation and carefree use with a Luxe Bidet Neo 180 or 185.
Question:	This model is offered with a turn knob. Would you prefer the pull lever or a turn knob if everything else is the same
Answer:	Pull lever wins for me. You can turn the selector knob towards the cleaning setting to adjust down the pressure from the pull lever. I have one that is turn knob only and wouldn't buy that style again, harder to operate.
Question:	Anyway to lower pressure going to the unit? Ours has an INSANE amount of pressure, and lowering the supply pressure messes the toilet
Answer:	I see all kinds of answers some good some not so good. They have a quarter turn shutoff for the Bidet side outlet. It will allow you easily adjust the maximum pressure to the Bidet and is a high quality fitting that is much more reliable and better suited then the plastic tee without shutoff that comes with the unit. Also, if your toilet doesn't already have a braided flexible water line (the Bidet comes with one) you may want to get one to replace the stiff chrome or plastic one going to your toilet that will now probably be too long. If your toilet already has a flexible line, you won't need to replace it. If you do need to get one, choose the right size (measure it), not too short but not excessively long, there is flexibility in using this type. You can get these braided flexible Toilet lines from Amazon or from your local hardware store or Home center. That way all the fittings and lines to your toilet will be new and guaranteed to fit right and everything will match nicely.INSTALLATION TIP: Connect the braided lines to the tee valve before attaching the valve to the toilet (it's easier) then "hand start" the connects to the supply stop and the Bidet and the valve to Toilet, then tighten everything up after there all started. Turn the water on slowly to check for leaks. Done.

Answer:	I don't know what you mean by comfort but the seat fits perfectly on my toilet. Just be sure you order either a round or elongated size to conform with your existing toilet. As for comfort, the seat is heated, so in the winter, it is pleasant experience and you can turn of the heat for the summer. The seat is a hard plastic but it is contoured so that it is easy to sit on.

Answer:	The Swash 1400 bidet includes a 7/8" metal t-valve.

Answer:	Great question! One of the biggest differences is the look of the S1400. While it may appear at first glance very similar it has a few distinct design improvements like the hidden pocket that helps conceal the power and water connections, the lid and base of the seat have also been redesigned for a more modern look and feel. Two programmable user settings and an auto mode are new features on the new thin and intuitive remote, there's also a cool blue illuminating nightlight on the Swash 1400! The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is a cold water mechanical bidet, equipped with a single wash nozzle and dual control knobs that are simple to operate. During use, the nozzle drops below the guard gate and retracts when not in use. The Neo 120 features an innovative self-cleaning sanitary nozzle that rinses the nozzle with fresh water. Self-Cleaning Nozzle

In addition to the hygienic benefits of the retractable nozzle and guard gate, this model also features a nozzle cleaning mode to thoroughly rinse the nozzle. To activate nozzle cleaning, simply turn the mode dial to the right, then turn the water pressure dial to the highest pressure setting. The bidet features dual chrome-plated knobs that allow the user to select a mode and then activate and adjust water pressure. Nozzle Guard Gate & Retracting Nozzle

Question:	does it fit elongated toilet
Answer:	It fits perfectly on either rounded or elongated toilet seats. The length of the toilet seat doesn't matter because the bidet is attached to the back part, using the same screws that attach the toilet seat.
Question:	After installing it, had a huge gap between seat and bowl. Sitting on it puts pressure on bidet and bends it down. Anyone with same problem?solution
Answer:	Get a hard wood toilet seat that doesn't bend. We purchased a plastic no slam seat that cost more than the wooden ones and more than this bidet but it was bending and putting pressure on the bidet causing the water not to come out at full pressure. You could tell once you hovered over the seat you got a fire hose of water pressure and in the right spot. I tried the bumpers but they would fall off after a few days even after I epoxied them. I pulled the hard wood toilet seat off the guest bathroom and worked like a charm. Since its wood I might try and find some nail in bumpers with the correct height so it sits kind of level as right now the tip dips down at the front but it solved my issue.

Answer:	I have purchased both the dual-nozzle and the single-nozzle models. There is no reason for you to pay extra for two nozzles. I am a woman and never change where I'm sitting to rinse, but lean slightly one way or another. The nozzle stays clean. Getting a bidet will save tons of toilet paper and it is wonderful to be so clean.

Answer:	The exact inside diameter is 0.6 inches.

Answer:	Technically you can connect anything to it but it was made for cold water. Running hot water could burn someone touching this metal and the internal parts probably ware out faster then if cold water. If you need a hot water valve get something dedicated for hot water...this is a cold water only one
Question:	Will this allow full use of the luxe water pressure knob? Because i have about 1/4 of an inch of play in the knob before its full power

Question:	Ordered these recently. After one or two weeks i heard a plunking sound in my bathroom..one of the bumpers fell off. Is there any kind of warranty
Answer:	None of which I am aware. I had the same thing happen to one of my bumpers. My solution was clean everything around the bowl really well, then get some double stick automotive accessory mounting tape. Cut it to fit the bumper and stick it to the bowl; it hasn’t moved in over a year.
Question:	But will they come off? I just moved to a new apartment, wondering if it's worth buying these or a different toilet seat. Thanks
Answer:	My experience is that the adhesive does not hold more than a few days. The bumpers themselves are of good quality, but the adhesive can't keep its hold. I'm thinking of trying a strong glue.
