Answer:	From top to bottom they are 2 1/2 inches. The inside of the ring from top to bottom is 2 inches. From side to side 1 9/16 inches. The inside from side to side is 1 3/16 inches. However, they are flexible and do bend slightly. I'm using mine on a 1 inch diameter shower bar and they slide easily when opening the shower curtain and liner.

Remove the tube attached to the dispenser, and push in the flex tubing from the kit. It may be a tight fit; may need to warm the tip up a little (To make soft) with heat gun or over stove; and force into dispenser hole. I also put a piece of plastic tape (electrical tape) there to prevent it from slipping out.

Answer:	Hi Aaron, I've had 2 for years now. One for hand soap & one for dish soap with no issues. If it's not integrally mechanically broken 1st I would have tried soaking it in hot water (if it's from soap buildup) then filling the bottle with warm water and pumping it thru. 2nd soaking in CLR them filling the bottle with warm water and pumping it thru. Unfortunately now that it has white grease in it, mark it up to experience. Good Luck!
