User questions & answers
Question: | is seat confortabke |
Answer: | It is a light green transparent liquid. Its working its magic for me:D Thank you OPTIX 55!! |
Question: | I'm 5'9" tall. Will this work for me |
Answer: | It says "not for AR lenses". When they said "for non-reflective lenses" what they meant was "for non-anti-reflective lenses". The description says it's ultra-high-tech and also that it's all natural. I don't see how it can be both. Seller seems to be just saying whatever he feels like saying. |
Question: | Should there be a comma qfter bike in discription or is it only the frame and no tires I'd receive |
Answer: | This product works just fine. I love the product and so does my granddaughter. Some people have complained that their glasses still fog up when wearing a mask. Your mask still has to fit correctly to protect you and others. The product did not hurt my eyes either. I would recommend it. |
Question: | Does it come with the tools to put it together |
Answer: | Not sure about previous recommendations. Hold bottle 12 inches from lenses. Do a quick light mist spray on clean lenses and let air dry for at least 1 minute. Wiping of any kind breaks down the film that forms. This is alcohol based and rubbing just makes this product a glasses cleaning solution. The film in the solution needs to sit and bond to the lens. |

User questions & answers
Question: | I just bought the bike and took it for a ride. My feet hit the front wheel when making turns. I’m 5ft with size 7 shoe. Is there a way to fix this |
Answer: | Check the front wheel frame. It should be pointed out to the front. If it is pointing toward the back your feet will hit the tire when you turn. |
Question: | Does the "blackout" handlebars scratch easily...what color is under the scratch |
Answer: | It does not scratch easily. My guess is that the paint is baked in which would make it impossible to scratch. I love the colors on the bike. The black spokes won't rust although I keep it inside. |
Question: | is the bike delivered fully assembled |
Answer: | Hi there, Thank you for your inquiry. The bikes come 80% assembled. The rear wheel will already be attached to the bike. The remaining parts like the handlebar grips, pedals, handlebars, front wheel and other accessories would need to be assembled by the customer. Hope this helps. If you have questions or concerns, please do let us know. Have a good day! |
Question: | What is the weight limit on this bike |
Answer: | When I went to the sixthreezero website they give you the option to fit your bike by inputting your height and weight. Most of the bikes can carrier me at 5'5" 260 lbs. |

Question: | Can you buy the seat |
Answer: | yes. |
Question: | How much does the front basket hold? I’d like to do some light grocery shopping with it |
Answer: | Not much it’s pretty small I changed the basket out for a bigger metal one |
Question: | Some reviewers said it’s difficult to put together, others said it was hard, and one said it’s put together 3/4 of the way. Which should I consider |
Answer: | the only problem assembling this bike was one of my own stupidity. I had the front fender assembly put on backwards so it was difficult to line up the holes. Once I figured out my error it was easy. The only things you really have to put together on this bike is the front fender and tire, the handle bars, seat, basket and cup holder and pedals. If you have a decent set of tools you can do this. |
Question: | Does it come with an attached bell |
Answer: | No |

User questions & answers
Question: | What is the wheel dropout width,is it 170mm? Will it fit a fat bike electric conversion kit |
Answer: | This bike will work with 170mm axle 'Fat Bike' rear hub motors. I have 2 of these, one with a Magic Pie Vector, (195mm axle) and the other with a 12t MAC geared hub motor (170mm axle). The forks will pull in a little but that is ok. Rear break caliper only needed a 5mm washer on the rear most bolt to properly realign after being pulled in for the 170mm motor axle. The frame triangle also easily fits a 'Large Triangle Battery' (14s9p) from EM3EV. |
Question: | I'm a big guy, can the tires handle 350lb man? All other bikes appear flat tire when I sattle |
Answer: | I'm 6'ft2in and about 360lbs. I have a Mongoose Beast, the earliest version of this bike (same frame, no gears, coaster brake), and it handles me without much difficulty. You will need to be careful with the tire pressure -- I see way too many people try to put 20psi or more and pop the tire off the rim, and it was hard to trust that 8-11psi is the right range. The tires will definitely feel soft with a big guy on it, but that's the nature of having 4in or bigger tires. You can buy tires with a harder sidewall like the Origin8 Devist-8er, but after I figured out the right pressure for the originals (about 10psi for me), I decided to run the cheapies for as long as they would go. Still going strong. Oh, also -- if you're tall as well, you can get a 40cm seat stem to replace the original 25-30cm one, made the ride experience much nicer. |
Question: | Does the 18 medium mean this is a bike for a smaller, medium sized person? To what does this refer |
Answer: | I'm 5"-11" / (71") with a 32" inseam, and weigh 210 Lbs. The Bike fit's me just fine. The 18" refers to the Frame Size of the Bike. Which according to the chart provides a transition between the Medium 17" Frame and the Large 19" Frame Bikes. The Frame sizing as I look at the chart's, are all based on a persons Height and Inseam. You can Click on the Bike Buying Guide, then look the Chart's over. To see what's suggested for your Height and Inseam. http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=5801315011You can look at this Model of the same Bike but with a 17" Frame. It has a lot of feed back and answered questions that should help you out. http://www.amazon.com/Mongoose-Mens-Malus-Tire-Silver/dp/B00TYB8Q7A?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_7&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER |
Question: | What is the difference between the mongoose men's malus fat tire bike and the mongoose men's dolomite fat tire bike |
Answer: | The malus is the newest iteration of the mongoose fat bikes. Besides better build quality on the malus, the largest difference is weight. The dolomite uses some of the heaviest fat bike tires made. The malus uses private labelled panaracer fat b nimble tires. On a fat bike , tire weight is critical in handling and acceleration. |

Founded in 1974 in a Southern California garage, Mongoose was born when founder Skip Hess designed the MotoMag One wheel to make BMX bikes stronger with a rad new look. From there, BMX riding turned from an underground hobby to a full-blown phenomenon, with Mongoose's innovative products continually forging the sport's exciting new path. Mongoose riders dominated the BMX race circuit in the 1980s, while the company continued to push bicycle boundaries by pioneering the first wave of full-suspension mountain bike frames. Today, Mongoose continues to create products that push riders to thrilling new limits, whether it's ripping through gnarly mountain trails, stomping tricks in the park or owning the urban jungle. From reinventing the wheel to our current line of BMX, mountain and pavement bikes, Mongoose is synonymous with pure, unadulterated performance that always keeps the party going.

Question: | This bike appears to have single wall rims, are they reinforced in such a way that the bike can withstand some off road riding |
Answer: | I would not recommend off road biking with this. It’s a cruiser. Ride it on the flat city streets. It’s geared for handling the invariable inclines, not for a mountain bike ride. |
Question: | New bike arrived today, but the seat has a tear in it. Any way to get just a new seat |
