However, they are flexible and do bend slightly. I'm using mine on a 1 inch diameter shower bar and they slide easily when opening the shower curtain and liner.

Question:	why will it not dispense on first try
Answer:	It's usually the sensor. Getting the angle right isn't always easy. I've used a bunch of different company's dispensers and really not one stands out as being perfect regardless of cost. My tenants seem to be ok with this system and its cheap enough that its not a big deal when one dies, just have an extra on hand, replace it, and toss the old one. Use good quality batteries and mark your battery holders so you know to change them out every 9 to 12 months depending on use.
Question:	Can the motor rotate so that I can connect the bottom section without the wall obstructing
Answer:	No, the spout and the pump assembly are keyed. It can only go together one way.
Question:	Can I refill the dispenser with kitchen liquid detergent or I must buy your dispensers
Answer:	must use their liquid. that's why the hardware is so cheap. so far i don't like the dispenser either. i will need to install a check valve as it requires multiple cycles to get any liquid up the tube. i suspect its draining back down into the bottle
Question:	I see I have to buy refills for it and they are pricey. Does anybody know if I can use it with any type of soap somehow
Answer:	Yes you can. I just cut a hole in the top of the bottle and put smelly foam soaps in it that my wife buys....those probably cost even more as it would probably take 10 or more to fill the bottle. I add a little water so that it's not too thick and it works great. I've never bought a refill!

Question:	does the mounting bracket come with the machine
Answer:	The soap dispenser it self can not be mounted but on I’m almost sure a holder for the dispenser can be mounted if a person wants to get creative.
Question:	Can I put alcohol or gel in the soap dispenser
Answer:	As long as the thickness of the shampoo/conditioner isn't much different than liquid soap, I would think that it would work fine. However, I would contact the merchant Applebuy123 to get their opinion. Please note that the 600ML-S02 dispenser is fairly large (projecting 5.5" from the wall) and would need to be put on the back wall of a shower/tub or you would risk hitting it.

OPERATION:

Question:	How can I get a bottle cover replacement? I don't have it
Answer:	No worry. There are 3 diferrent size silicone stoppers with a hole in their package, you can choose one of them to plug the opening of the bottle. Before i bought from them, i use a cork and drill a hole for the tube. Shampoo bottle with a pump (removed) might fit the top of the reserve bottle. I use the large bottle of kitchen soap from Costco and use a rubber stopper with a hole that fits. But this was very complicated for us untill the old one in my home was break and i choose to purchase a new one from OHiHi.
Question:	Would this match a satin faucet, or brushed nickel
Answer:	Yes, it’s not the shiny chrome, it’s a brushed finish.
Question:	How about the dimensions of the pump head
Answer:	You can see the product image on their page, very detailed.
Question:	The pump will not draw the soap from the bottle upon first install. Is there a secret for priming or do I have a bad pump
Answer:	You have to keep pumping until all air is taken out of the tubing, maybe 20 times pumps you need. It works well after doing this
