Question:	Does the stainless steel color match Danze's brushed nickel color
Answer:	The standard cord will reach any outlet in your car. I store the frig. On the back seat and run the cord into the outlet in the console. But, it also reaches the dash outlet.
Question:	The metal pump part come off with nothing attached. Blocked with plastic that should be attached to pump so I can't pour in soap. Is it broken
Answer:	No. You can use it to pull the cooler on the wheels, but don't jerk it about and when I was pulling my cooler the wheels came off. I did like that the cooler was large and kept our food and drinks cold, but they need to put on sturdier wheels and they should make sure the handle is better too. 4 wheels would be even better.
Question:	How many plastic "nuts" come with this for installation? My order only has one so I have to remove the bottle from below to fill it? Manual shows
Answer:	This is an electric cooler. It can be plugged into an electrical outlet or car cigarette lighter socket. This cooler can only cool as good as it's surroundings. If you're running it outside or in a hot car during the summer then don't expect to keep food items safe. We use it on road trips and in our hotel room. We only use it to store non-spoilable drinks (water, sealed juice containers or those that will be used up quick) and small jars of jelly or fruit cups. If the lid of the cooler is constantly being opened or someone doesn't shut it all the way then the items won't be as cold. Of course that's typical of all coolers. I wouldn't use it to store milk, or meats. Since this cooler does not have a digital display, there's no way of knowing the inside temp unless you use a small refrigerator thermometer. As far a drinks go, it will make them nice and cold, assuming the lid isn't opened too much. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes it will hold ice, But it must have power at all times which means you have to take it in and out of your vehicle every time you stop. I have gone to a yeti type as they will hold temperature for 3 days with a block of ice and they are much larger and take up the same space

Question:	Dumb question but has this slipped into a sink & gotten wet? Not like went underwater, exactly but how waterproof have people found it to be
Answer:	It is pretty water proof. Also, remember it is powered by four AAA batteries. I anticipate even if submerged the worst you would likely have to do is take out and discard the batters, leave it out to dry for several days and then put in new batteries. I would not expect even submersion to permanently destroy the device.

Answer:	My experience has been that this unit, a AAA battery unit, is simply not meant for high traffic areas. I am in the process of replacing it with a Secura dispenser which utilizes AA batteries. It’s a bigger unit and better suited to kitchens etc where you get some pretty high usage. Good luck. I usually get through about half of the soap reservoir before requiring new batteries.

Answer:	yES. It does squirt DEPENDING on THE liquid UsED. (My computer is unstable). The nose is too long AND IT TAKES Two hANDS to use iT. Then it drips onto your sink. I prefer bottles with a shorter nose so that one hand can press it and catch the liquid. Otherwise, the design is beautiful.

Answer:	BPA Free. The tube inside is made of polyethylene (PE: a strong light plastic used to make bags, sheets for covering food, small containers etc, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.)

Answer:	i don't think so. I never tried it with the soap coz i returned mine. The top doesn't fit properly with the bottle

Answer:	From top to bottom they are 2 1/2 inches. The inside of the ring from top to bottom is 2 inches. From side to side 1 9/16 inches. The inside from side to side is 1 3/16 inches. However, they are flexible and do bend slightly. I'm using mine on a 1 inch diameter shower bar and they slide easily when opening the shower curtain and liner.
