| Answer: | The tension of the spring coil keeps the faucet head snug against the bracket. (There are no magnets involved.) To release the faucet head from the bracket takes only a slight downward pull. Because of the quality and nature of the materials, it's unlikely that the faucet head will ever start to hang down. It's really a beautiful piece of equipment. |

| Answer: | it does NOT retract properly. It is too congested where 3 tubes go into thr center pipe underneath. This faucet wasted $250 of my money. Grohe has sold out, shipping junk under their brand name. Read my review “Want Quality Items” one star. Had to throw it out and get an “Adler” by a more common brand. So many junk faucets on the market and Grohe teases that they are better BUT it’s so bad its useless. I do want my money back but the remodel dragged on too long, beyond the returns limit. |
