Answer:	I am not sure how the Cuisinart ice cream maker works exactly, but I found a set of directions for the mix that yield a delicious homemade ice cream from an ice cream maker: Combine contents of one (1) Junket ice cream mix package with 1 1/4 cups of whole milk and 3/4 cups of heavy cream in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into your home ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. This yield may be somewhat small, so consider doubling or tripling your recipe. I have also found recipes for Junket that utilize old fashioned salt and freezer cans. Good luck and enjoy! I hope this helps.

Add the contents of the pouch to the liquids and mix until it is completely dissolved. Each pouch makes about 4 cups of ice cream (there are 2 pouches per box). Answer:	The ingredients include cane sugar, cocoa, and natural vanilla flavor. We have not added any ingredients with lactose. Answer:	I have always used regular white distilled vinegar to clean my Keurig. It's really cheap if you buy the gallon size at the grocery store or Target. Just fill the reservoir and run it until it empties as far as it can. Then just empty the reservoir and fill with fresh water and run that through - I do that twice. It will remove the lime and scale build-up.

Answer:	I've actually measured an weighed this product for my bath bombs. Each cup weighs 8.2 oz so my 5lb bag had 9-3/4 cups. A 1 lb bag would only have a little less than 2 cups but close.

Answer:	Citric acid was derived from citrus in the 17th century as it is weakly present in citrus. The present day manufacture of citric acid doesn't involve citrus or vegetables. It is a chemical compound manufactured by either feeding a strain of mold sucrose and precipitating out the acid with calcium salts or applying a high pressure environment on specific calcium salts. If you want dehydrated citric juice, try True Lemon or True Lime packets (not the shakers), which are pure crystallized citrus juice.
