Answer:	yes it's adjustable, I use it in an old toilet also but I use it at half full. Works great. I did have to get a longer fill tube as the hose was getting in the way of the flush lever.

Answer:	Adjust the big square thing on the top of the pole by wiggling it around until the lock nut loosens up and you can move the big square thing up and down. Move it down to about one and a half or two inches from the bottom. It should solve the problem.

Answer:	My Weleda Arnica massage oil smell of camphor, pine and a hint of mint. It is not something I would want to smell on my face.
