If your patches didn't come with loops (the soft side of velcro), you'll need to find some and use one of these methods. If you really want them to stay, take off velcro with a seam ripper and sew them right to the hat. |

I guess the seller would be the one to give the true sources but if you need to buy American due to requirements or personal choice then you should probably source them through a guaranteed US manufactured source. |
