It was stuck for me because of the adhesive they used to attach the ribbon to the tag, clean that out after you get it opened. The turn is short, only 1 centimeter, and it will unlock with a click. You then can pull the center round section out.

Answer:	There are two temperatures to chose from. The unit maintains which ever you chose. If you’re referring to a rapid boil for 60/90 minutes ,then no. A rapid boil would run the tank water level low until it dries out.

Answer:	No it can not. There is no way to activate the pour without electronically unlocking the device. Had to return mine because of this.

Answer:	I don't know, I looked through the owner's manual, it never specified. But I will tell you this, I have had mine since April of 2019, it gets heavy use, we were running a citric acid cleaner through it occasionally, it did get a heavy calcium build up, ran the citric acid cleaner through it a couple of times and it was as good as new again.

Answer:	Just guessing, but probably to connect the little rubber tube to the overflow pipe. Maybe wedge the spring into the top of the overflow pipe and insert the tip of the rubber (plastic ?) tube into the center of the spring? Mine uses a metal clip.

Answer:	The flapper is a standard size. I am not sure what part of the flapper is two inches. The rod to the float ball thing was too long, so I used the rod and float ball from my original stuff since they were in okay shape. My problem of a leak was resolved with the repair kit parts.
