Question:	Is the seat flat or does it slope inwards
Answer:	Same thing happened to mine!! The lights also don't work and the water BARELY trickles out now....

Answer:	On the back of the unit, there is a small cover the size of a quarter held by 2 screws. You may need a small pocket knife or flat head screw driver to remove the cover. It has a rubber ring to seal it to keep out water. Once uncovered, you will see a small red switch box that has 2 switches. Move the #2 switch (or right side) to the on (or up) position and this will change from C to F.Good Luck!
Question:	Is the *bottom* of the seat flat? I have to add custom bumpers so it needs to be flat
Answer:	You have to select the rainfall shower or the body jet or the hand shower. So, no, teh rainfall shower and the body jets cannot be used at the same time. And yes, the rainfall shower head is tiltable.
Question:	What is the length of the seat? The specs say 21x15.1x 2.4 inches, but most elongated seats are 18-18.5 inches, like Bemis 19601CP images show
Answer:	The SP787392B has a black glass panel and the SPA392M has an aluminun alloy "silver" metal finish on the back panel. All of the shower features are the same on both. It's just the color of the back panels.

Answer:	Metal! I promise you that you will not regret buying this shower valve. I’m very picky about what I install and this is a great product.

Answer:	You’ll have to add a flow control valve to your shower head. It’s a $10.00 item that you can get @ your hardware store and very easy to install. All that is needed is pipe tape and a cresent wrench.
Question:	What cleaning products are safe to use on this seat without rubbing off the enamel surface
Answer:	On the notes it says that: “VALVE REQUIRED: This trim kit requires valve # 2510 to complete installation” You should already have the Moen Valve #2510 inside your wall. However you I would highly recommend that you buy and replace your Moen Cartridge that is inside your valve. Best one I found was the all “Moen 1222HD Commercial Heavy-Duty Brass Shell PosiTemp One-Handle Tub Shower or Shower-Only Faucet Cartridge Replacement” worth the slightly extra cost for the all brass HD part. Money well spent.

Answer:	The throne seat and lid is manufacture from high density composite wood (HD) with enamel finish. I weigh round 240 after dumpage occurs. Answer:	I have the same issue. And I can't tighten it any further because there's not enough room for the wrench to lay flat, so I have to tighten it by hand. So the seat doesn't go all the way back because it's blocked by the screws.

Question:	Is the top cover recessed in the middle or flat with rounded edge
Answer:	I don't know the toilet model number which was in this house when we bought it years ago. My toilet is an elongated one in Ice Grey. I picked a seat for that shape & color and it fit perfectly. As far as I'm aware, all elongated toilets from Kohler have the same dimensions, but you can always call them to be sure.

Answer:	Can't give you a numerical answer, but I'm over 200 myself, and the seat doesn't seem built to hold much more than that. I'd think twice about it for 400+. On the other hand, this one has metal bolts. I'd worry about the thinness of the seat itself.

Answer:	For the round version its only 9.5 inches, i had to return it as it was too small (my old seat was 10.5")

Answer:	the riser seat comes with extra long bolts that go through the riser seat ,the regular seat, & lid. .there R 2 wing nuts for the bottom, it comes with 2 plastic washers, their too big to fit in the square covers that hide the bolts, you'll have to buy 2 smaller metal washers, no big deal..there is a cut out on both sides of the riser, to raise it up, for cleaning.. cheaper than a new right height toilet, and a lot less work, plus 2" higher..

Answer:	This raised toilet seat is NOT soft..but I would think it could be a problem if it were because it would squish instead of providing a secure seat. Since you use a regular toilet seat on top of the riser you could get one of those soft seats to provide more comfort .

Answer:	The measurement where the hinges go, my old wooden one measures a tiny bit more than 5 1/2, from center to center. Answer:	The bolts are normal, round plastic. The little lever holds the bolt in place from below while you tighten the cap from above with a screw driver. No need to hold it in place while you tighten. Set the toilet seat over the locking cap, twist the lock, and you're finished. Very easy and it will fit your toilet. Easiest seat install I've done.

Answer:	We received a Centoco, but round not elongated. Out Centoco seat has NO seam. Its surface on top and underside is integral in construction. I can recall seeing wooden seats with such a seam as you describe, but such seats used solid wood pieces that were fitted together with glue. The Centoco seat that we received is perfect in its formation as a moulded wood seat that has been impeccably coated with a brilliantly white plastic surface.
