Question:	Can this be top-mounted? I cannot access the bolts from the bottom on my enclosed Am Stan toilet
Answer:	I think it's stainless steel, may be aluminum. In any case no signs of rust anywhere. I have had it for a few years and I have had no problems with it.
Question:	What's the difference between a regular and a premium hinge? Do both remove easily for cleaning
Answer:	Not that I'm aware of - I actually seem to have more pressure than with my previous showerhead only...
Question:	how thick is the toilet seat? What is the size of the seat hole width and length? Do you see screws when the seat is up
Answer:	There is no need for a diverter anymore. I had a plumber cut that out and install a shut-off for each supply pipe. Then all you need to do is hook up the supply hoses that are part of the panel. (The installation guide called for two pipes to penetrate the wall for the hook-up which I didn't do. Cut out a bigger square hole for easy access since I don't have the option of a behind-the-wall access panel.)
Question:	Is the toilet seat cover strong enough to support sitting without the lid getting compromised
Answer:	It is possible to get them to work at the same time but only by very careful adjustment with the selection valve, the water flow from each will be low. I don't think it was designed to work that way.

Answer:	My son is just around 27lbs and these fit him great. We started with these in October, so he was actually smaller than that at the time. Answer:	18 month fits well for my little guy but so does the 2t. We started wearing these ones at 15 months and it was the smallest I could find I’d probably go up to 2t so you get more use out of them. They do tend to shrink.

Answer:	On the back of the unit, there is a small cover the size of a quarter held by 2 screws. You may need a small pocket knife or flat head screw driver to remove the cover. It has a rubber ring to seal it to keep out water. Once uncovered, you will see a small red switch box that has 2 switches. Move the #2 switch (or right side) to the on (or up) position and this will change from C to F.Good Luck!

Answer:	Metal! I promise you that you will not regret buying this shower valve. I’m very picky about what I install and this is a great product.

Best one I found was the all “Moen 1222HD Commercial Heavy-Duty Brass Shell PosiTemp One-Handle Tub Shower or Shower-Only Faucet Cartridge Replacement” worth the slightly extra cost for the all brass HD part. Money well spent.

Answer:	For the round version its only 9.5 inches, i had to return it as it was too small (my old seat was 10.5")

Answer:	Both should be "Slow Close", if this is not the case then unfortunately your new seat is defective. I have two of these and both work correctly as "slow close"

Answer:	I do sit on the lid and has my husband,!he is 6' and roughly 175 lbs.. The entire piece is constructed of a very hard plastic. Both the lid and the seat close slowly.. I will add that I absolutely love this feature!
