Answer:	In the back of the seat. There are a set of instructions that show you where they go. Very easy.

Answer:	Then yours is defective, ours is soft close and works well, I would return it. Maybe they shipped you the wrong item. Make sure you check the model on the box shipped.

But it can be used outdoor, for short distances if it's heavy clouded or early evening hours. For clasic outdoor use, means bigger distances and shiny , strung sunlight, one can use the Disto d410, or other brands with view finder or camera

Answer:	The Bluetooth on the D810 will type or "push" the dimensions into the cursor position in almost any app, the E7500i and E7100i work only with apps written to "pull" the data from the device. The D810 "Measure with a Picture" function is very useful for measuring objects that are difficult or unsafe to reach. The touchscreen is faster to use than the arrow keys. If you use your laser several days a week, and especially if you want to output dimensions to an app, the D810 touch is well worth the extra money.

Answer:	I returned this particular toilet seat as it did not fit my KOHLER toilet. Ended up going with a different seat. Toilet seats are very unique to the toilet you have and I have found that in many cases they are no interchangeable as you might think. So, I suggest you contact the manufacture of you toilet get the right measurement/part requirement and then return to Amazon to order.

Answer:	We did! All of the seat contacts are on the toilet, and the seat is sturdy, there's just an inch or two of front toilet rim visible.

Answer:	Installation is easy! you will need power and water. you do not need a hot water line. I bought this replacing an older Toto model which was about 14 years old so the installation was quite easy. all you do is plug it in to the outlet, secure the seat to the toilet bowl and attach the water line to the water source!
Question:	how long it the cord to plug it in
Answer:	A 2 year old question but as a 4-5 year user of the BB1000 (a fantastic seat) and now using the BB2000 (also a fantastic seat), I will answer for future potential customers, especially since this was something I was concerned with before ordering the BB2000...The posterior pressure is lower than the BB1000 but not that big a difference at the default setting. The middle/third of five (default) setting is about equal to the 2/5 setting on the BB1000. The enema pressure is quite a lot lower as I tried it out and 4/5 seems like what 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 is. Note that 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 enema seemed plenty so this feature at 4/5 or 5/5 on the BB2000 should do the job for most.Even though the pressure on the BB2000 is lower, the posterior stream appears to be wider and feels 'nicer' since it is a single hole that is larger than the combined 3 pinholes that the BB1000 uses and I think they may use more aeration with the BB2000. Cleaning is also just as effective as it is on the BB1000 and again, the stream feels nicer.
Question:	Will this seat allow for the installation of an add-on bidet device which would have to fit between the seat and the toilet base
Answer:	This may come across as a bit cheeky... but, I believe that you can easily integrate the BB2000 with Alexa using a Global Cache WiFi to IR https://www.amazon.com/Global-Cache-WF2IR-iTach-Wi-Fi/dp/B0051BU418 and the Homeseer home automation system. It would allow you to say, "Alexa, tell Homeseer to run the event, 'wash my butt'" and Homeseer would then send the appropriate IR commands to the BB2000. It could of course be awkward if someone from the hallway shouted the command while an unsuspecting user were in the middle of relieving themselves. But to answer the question, using a few other components available through Amazon, it is possible to fully automate the experience.
