Answer:	Yes the seat comes with bolts and screws needed to attach it. The newer style hinges do cause the seat to sit forward about a half inch further than the old seat. Installed it myself--I'm a grandma.

Answer:	Yes. I bought a Toto toilet and it fits perfectly. The same brand toilet seat fit a Koehler toilet in another bathroom. There are, of course, two styles: round and elongated. You need to match the shape of the toilet bowl.

Question:	Is it possible to order this item without "signature required" delivery, meaning that you have to pick it up from ups

Question:	how big is the opening
Answer:	If I understand you correctly, the seat opening is approx.10 in. long and 8.25 in. wide at the widest point.
Question:	I can't figure out how to lock the seat to the bolts so it doesn't move. Help
Answer:	The bolts get attached to the toilet first. Be sure they are good and tight. Then lay the lid on the bowl so the hinged part goes directly over the bolt heads. The hinges are marked with a "locked" and "unlocked" symbol. Be sure the hinge cap is in the "unlock" position when laying it on top of the bolt head. Once aligned, push down firmly until you feel the the hinges are firmly seated onto the bolt heads. Then turn the hinge cap to the "locked" position. When this is done, you should not be able to pull the seat off the bolt heads. Removal is the reverse process. Move the caps to the unlock position, gently lift up (may need to rock a little to get it off), and the entire seat and hinges should come up and off the bolt heads. Good Luck.

Answer:	Edges are rounded . It is not flat flat but more flat than round . It is comfortable and for the money is a real worth it. I have a hard to find gray and it is perfect. Had a "standard brand" seat in the past and there is little difference. The seat cover is much like it looks

Please make sure the statite nut on the underside of the bowl has been tightened all the way that the bottom piece of the statite nut breaks off. This seat also has precision seat fit which provides 1/2" front-to-back adjustability which provides the perfect bowl fit. Answer:	Plastic, both the seat and the lid.
Question:	Being a total failure with tools, how difficult is this to install? Does it come with instructions
Answer:	It comes with instructions but is not easy to install, especially if your toilet is close to a wall or other structure. We finally managed by buying a special socket wrench with a ratchet and a 6-inch extender to a 5/8" socket. If you're not good with tools, this is not a recommended DIY project. And if the seat is not installed properly, it may not function properly (for example. the "sta-tite" aspect may turn into "sta-loose")!

Answer:	Yes. Comes with a small plastic bag containing 3 pairs of plastic nuts and bolts. Removed and Installed in less than 10 minutes.

Answer:	The measurement where the hinges go, my old wooden one measures a tiny bit more than 5 1/2, from center to center. This is with the hinges on, it's slightly almost 2mm longer looks like, but I am not sure when i take it out.Any suggestions of this will fit? This toilet is very old, called "Standard" Ejecto.

Answer:	This seat is pretty solid, much more so than the one I had previously. I'm 250 pounds and there are no problems with the three seats I have in my home. The plastic is quite a bit thicker all around and the hinges more sturdy than my previous seats. It's just better made. I'd say its a pretty good bet that you will not have problems with this seat.

Answer:	We have the round model, liked it so much after a year we ended up buying 'em for the whole house. As for your question, the lid itself is not terribly strong/heavy, although not a cheap weight either. My kids and I can sit on it with no issues, but now that you've asked the question I do feel a little bowing from the lid and I'm fairly small. That being said, the lower seat portion is very strong and the slow close (for seat and lid) have been terrific. My kids can't slam the lid if their lives depended on it =)

Answer:	On the back of the unit, there is a small cover the size of a quarter held by 2 screws. You may need a small pocket knife or flat head screw driver to remove the cover. It has a rubber ring to seal it to keep out water. Once uncovered, you will see a small red switch box that has 2 switches. Move the #2 switch (or right side) to the on (or up) position and this will change from C to F.Good Luck!

Answer:	You have to select the rainfall shower or the body jet or the hand shower. So, no, teh rainfall shower and the body jets cannot be used at the same time. And yes, the rainfall shower head is tiltable.

Answer:	The SP787392B has a black glass panel and the SPA392M has an aluminun alloy "silver" metal finish on the back panel. All of the shower features are the same on both. It's just the color of the back panels.

Answer:	10 1/2". Same colour top and bottom, top surfaces and under surfaces. Can't tell if colour is the same inside the plastic because I won't cut it open to see.
