Answer:	I have not wanted an increase in water pressure, however, I have been told that there maybe an insert that can be removed, so it is best to inspect the device when you receive it. Water restrictions are different for each country so manufacturers do not list this information it is up to the consumer to eye-ball the device to inspect if there is a restrictor and remove it.
Question:	My shower pipe comes out from the wall then bends to face straight down and is not angled like your typical shower pipe. Would this still work

Answer:	10 seconds to unscrew the shower head and remove the plastic flow restrictor disc with a dental pick or similar tool. Don't lose the rubber washer. HUGE flow difference and much less water gushes from my old diverter spout.

Question:	I cannot get my shower head to fit in the holder. it is too large for the holder. the holder is too small. do i have the wrong holder
Answer:	I haven't checked the water bill but it works like any restrictor valve, the difference is it does shoot out less water but at higher pressure. You can tell once you get the unit. I like the feel of the higher pressure stream, you can tell the difference with the rain stream. However this head does need to be taken apart and clean the flat metal piece periodically otherwise the flow starts to get blocked in some areas of the head. I also noticed sometimes that can be corrected not due to obstructions but simply taking apart and reassembly of the head itself would correct the issue. I'm not sure what causes it mechanically.
Question:	I can’t find anything in the installation instructions as to what to do with the Teflon tape. Where does it go

Answer:	No, I have not found it to be a mild laxative.

Answer:	Absolutely. It's designed to just be an extension or replacement of the existing wall fitting. All shower head fittings are 1/2"NPT (1/2 inch diameter, National Pipe Thread). This is the standard.
Question:	Will it support the 2.3 pound Delta RP52382 Raincan without the pivots bending
Answer:	Maybe....we are pushing our's with a very large round rain head. The rain head probably weighs a couple pounds. Sorry, not more definite but we are very careful not to touch the set-up as it's not as secure at the hinges as we'd like. I guess, I should also add that the hinges seem more secure the higher up you set the arm.....this movement does add stability. It is a beautiful arm and we've had countless compliments on it. Good luck.....can always return it ;)
Question:	The shower arm coming out of my wall has the threaded bit this would screw onto pointing straight down. Will this angle up enough to work OK on that
Answer:	There are pivoting joints at each end of the arm. The shaft is able to be angled nearly completely vertical with the shower head pointed straight up at the ceiling or straight down at the floor if you want it to.
Question:	Can I chain two of these together effectively doubling the length
Answer:	I bought this extension as I thought it would be nice to stand OTHER THAN in my regular place in the shower / tub. I was wrong and reverted back to only arm supplied with the shower head that came with it. When using TWO of these 10" extensions together ... one must tightened EXCESSIVELY for them to "stay put" in the position you want ... but even that is IFFY ... they will begin to sag because of their weight. I suggest the one 10" extension and that's all with your rain shower head.

Question:	Can this be used to extend an existing arm? Or does male to male not work
Answer:	Male to male works. The wall has a threaded female fitting as do all shower heads. However, I live in an old building with cast iron fittings and the arm would not mate with the threads on the pipe in the wall. I had to take the old arm I removed to a plumbing supply so they could provide an arm with coarser threads. Another thing to be careful of is that the water supply pipe may be recessed deep in the wall and when you unscrew the old arm it is hard to find the fitting you have to thread the new one into. I used a shirt hanger to pull the water supply pipe in the wall close to the wall so I could see it to thread the new one in. I was lucky I lived on the top floor (pipe did not continue up to another floor) so the pipe support was flexible enough to move. Be careful doing this yourself
Question:	How big of a shower head can you put
Answer:	We have a standard one but I do think it would handle a big one it is steel just as long you don't hang on it or swing on it

Answer:	Yes, it comes with enough tape for one installation.

This installation requires the following supplies: Wrench or pliers, rags, thread seal tape.

When using wrench or pliers, always protect finishes by wrapping parts with a cloth.

Quick easy steps!

1. Remove old flange, using screwdriver to carefully pry away from wall.
2. Remove old arm by turning counter-clockwise with wrench.
3. Slide new flange onto arm. Wrap threads on one end of arm with thread seal tape in a clockwise direction.
4. Screw taped end of arm into plumbing connection inside wall. Hand tighten.
5. Wrap arm with cloth to protect finish and wrench tighten.
6. Push flange against wall. Wrap threads of shower arm with tape, as explained above.
7. Install head and hand tighten. Wrap a cloth around shower head to protect finish and wrench tighten.

Answer:	I don't remember measuring the od but it's similar to a 1/2 in shower tube or pipe. Keep in mind this is not threaded on both ends so If it's being used for an extension for a shower head or anything that you don't want to wobble or maybe leak, this won't be satisfactory. I sent it back.

I bought this to use with my Waterpik High Pressure Shower Head Handheld Spray, 2-in-1 Dual System with 5-Foot Hose PowerPulse Therapeutic Massage, Chrome, 2.5 GPM XET-633-643 on Sept 24, 2020 and before the end of October the upper "joint" of the arm just hangs straight down. Cannot tighten the screw at all. By the way, this was installed by an experienced plumber (my husband)
