Question:	Not having installed a toilet before, what size toilet bolts are needed for this toilet
Answer:	I installed this in my girlfriend's toilet, and it has a sloped drain. I thought I needed the plastic spacer to attach the drain valve assembly, but it did not seal. After realizing there is a rubber bushing/spacer, I replaced the plastic shim with the rubber and that stopped the leaking. So far this proves to be holding.

Answer:	if it is the flat flush gasket that went bad, you can use a regular mouth mason jar silicone gasket to/ replace it. if it is the large, blue, funnel shaped main gasket, you will have to replace the unit.

Answer:	Three inches sounds about right. If it is a standard toilet, with standard plumbing, it should work just fine. The interface with the tank drain pipe is conical, as can be seen in the photograph of the unit, to compensate for any slight variations there might be with the width of said drain pipe interface, as are conventional flappers.

Answer:	you hook up the inlet side first then turn on the water and let run into a bucket let the filter flush itself out without hooking up to the outlet side it should take about 30 seconds to 1 minute after flushing then hook up the outlet side

Answer:	This filter has 1/4" Quick Connect Fittings. The Quick Connect fitting style is meant for direct connection to 1/4" Tubing. When inserted properly, the built-in collet locking system holds the tubing firmly in place. (The collet is the small plastic lip that protrudes from the end of the filter.) Instructions for inserting tubing: 1) Cut the tube square and remove burrs and sharp edges. Ensure that the outside diameter is free from score marks. 2) Push the tube into the fitting until it stops. 3) Pull to check that it is secure. Test the system for leaks before use. To disconnect, ensure that the system is depressurized, push the plastic collet square against the filter. With the collet held in this position the tube can be removed.

Answer:	When I pulled on the (in my case) white 1/4" tubing (which you'll see is sealed at the inner end, once it's removed) on each end of the filter, the blue plastic clip came out too. Remove it from the white tubing and re-install. Then insert your 1/4" water line (clear in my case).

Answer:	No, the included flapper and flush valve are designed to work on toilets with 2" flush systems. Your American Standard Champion 4 requires a 3" flush valve and flapper. Answer:	The old version of this toilet was 17" from the floor to the rim of the bowl. The new version (Toto did not change the part number!) is 16 1/2". So, the measurements should only be one of these two numbers. I suspect Amazon is shipping old inventory!

Answer:	The toilet is great. Love mine. I would not worry. You need to question direct to mfr otherwise.
Question:	Can you sit on this toilet when it is closed? if you do does it flex badly or does it hold up well
Answer:	It comes with bolts to install tank to bowl. You will need wax gaskets and Johnny bolts to secure bowl to your floor flange. Also you should get new toilet water supply speedy, get braided hose so you don't need to cut it, just screw it on existing valve and underneath tank. Good luck!
Question:	what is the difference between cotton white and country white
Answer:	We own the round bowl. Needed an extra small toilet (width and length) for our powder room. The Toto Entrada was the only toilet which would fit our tight space. I measured 26.25-inches from the back of the toilet tank to the front rim of the toilet seat. Googling other sites which carry the round bowl state the overall dimension to be 26-7/8 inches. BTW, this is a very nice toilet. Happy with our purchase. Good suction, no complaints.

• Step 1 - Remove your current seat.
• Step 2 - Install the WASHLET base plate. The rubber grommets can be lubricated with water if needed. Tighten the screws completely.
• Step 3 - Slide the WASHLET onto the base plate. Check the fit on your toilet and readjust the base plate as needed. A quick release button on the right-hand side allows for easy removal.
• Step 4 - Connect the tee connector to your fill valve inlet. Connect the WASHLET hose and reconnect the water supply hose.

Fits Most North American Toilets

• The WASHLET fits most toilets that feature a standard design.
• Check the dimensions of your toilet to ensure proper fit and installation.
• French curves may inhibit proper installation of the WASHLET. Check to ensure adequate space across the width of the tank.
