Answer:	They do sometimes, and they come out through the straw. The only way to prevent that is to take the seeds out of the fruit before you put it in the bottle, choose fruit without seeds, or deal with the seed issue. It's really not that bad.

Answer:	I change the fruit each day. As long as you are keeping cold water in the bottle, the fruit should last all day. I don't recommend leaving it in longer then that.

Although it seems to be a great idea, we would recommend against this because the pressure caused from the carbonation over time that could potentially damage the silicone seals. Answer:	The plastic clip at the top of the bottle that you open to drink is a little hard to open it sits tight over the locking tab. I've given these to several friends (adults) and all have said that it's a bit hard to open. Not sure how a 6 year old would fair with it. But the bottle itself is pretty sturdy, I use it daily at home and at work.
