Answer:	It will be upside down but easy enough to unscrew bracket and flip it. I mounted it as its seen there with strong double back tape, has worked great so far.

Question:	What is the width with the attached hose? Not the 'pakage' dimensions..i have a limited space of about 17..18 inches on the side where hose attached
Answer:	The XHUD1000 HUD image is not focused on infinity. However, the perceived distance of the HUD image relative to pilots eyes can be maximized by adjusting HUD’s combiner screen as shown in the product users manual. By adjusting the combiner to be at max distance from the projector, the image will appear to be in front of the plane. The feedback from most pilots, including some military pilots experienced with fighter jet HUDs, is that it’s very easy to refocus your eyes from XHUD1000 image to the outside view.
Question:	Besides elongated does the seat come in round front
Answer:	I use it like a pole to raise the cover up high enough to put the unzipped cover over the top of the closed umbrella. The zipper string hangs down just far enough to zip the cover shut from the top. Then I store the 3 piece pole inside the main pole in the small gap there. Works perfectly!

Question:	I need the t valve nut that connects the small hose.can i buy that
Answer:	Mine worked perfect all winter & spring last year. Shortly after the start of summer, I shut it off but I didn't unplug it or remove it, which maybe i should've because when it started to get really cold again a few weeks ago, it no longer worked. I definitely still believe it was worth every penny, by far. Especially considering the incredibly reasonable price & easy installation. In fact, I will soon have another one (a Christmas gift from a family member).

Question:	where could I get a replacement remote mount/holder
Answer:	Contact Brondell.
Question:	Do you need to touch the remote each time you operate or can you set it, then operate from the seat itself
Answer:	I touch the remote every time, because once I’m seated, the buttons on the seat are behind me and halfway underneath my bodacious bootie— ie very inconveniently placed for me. I leave the remote lying on a countertop facing the bidet, where I can see it, and just press buttons on it to operate. Keep in mind: the hands are still perfectly clean at this point because the bidet is doing all the “dirty work.”
Question:	Is this available only in white or in a biscuit/almond option in elongated shape
Answer:	It is readily available in white. You may check to see any vendor carry biscuit or almond (beige) which usually is more expensive.
Question:	How does the LE99 have warm water when it’s only going to the cold water line
Answer:	This bidet seat is powered by electricity and uses an Advanced Hybrid Water Heating System, the power cord is 3.5 ft and needs to be plugged into a GFCI outlet. You can use an extension cord but make sure it's a grounded (3 prong, 15 amp) extension cord.
