Answer:	I have used my kneeler in the house. It is quite sturdy for rising from the kneeling position. I am over 250 pounds and found this kneeler to do the job for me with my bad hips. I would caution that because the frame is metal, that it could slip on smooth floors, though I have not had that happen to me and I have used it a number of times in the house over the past couple of years. In those cases, you could try a towel or a bath mat under the metal footings to reduce the risk of slipping on a smooth floor. The pad is about an inch thick and I found it plenty thick for me to rest my knees on.

Answer:	It is but honestly I don’t love this product. It has a weird consistency and I didn’t see a big difference in my hair. Their absolute best product for extremely dry hair is Davines OI butter. My favorite!!

Answer:	No , it's not heat activated but when I use intense moisturizers or masks I apply it, put a shower cap on and stay under the dryer for like 10 min. But I did not blow dry my hair afterwards and felt my hair was much softer. Hope this helps.
