Answer:	We have a well, and shower pressure is only ok, but the pressure from this bidet is just fine. Bernoulli effect: water from the small tube has more pressure than the line to our shower.
Question:	How hard is it to install
Answer:	A 2 year old question but as a 4-5 year user of the BB1000 (a fantastic seat) and now using the BB2000 (also a fantastic seat), I will answer for future potential customers, especially since this was something I was concerned with before ordering the BB2000...The posterior pressure is lower than the BB1000 but not that big a difference at the default setting. The middle/third of five (default) setting is about equal to the 2/5 setting on the BB1000. The enema pressure is quite a lot lower as I tried it out and 4/5 seems like what 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 is. Note that 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 enema seemed plenty so this feature at 4/5 or 5/5 on the BB2000 should do the job for most.Even though the pressure on the BB2000 is lower, the posterior stream appears to be wider and feels 'nicer' since it is a single hole that is larger than the combined 3 pinholes that the BB1000 uses and I think they may use more aeration with the BB2000. Cleaning is also just as effective as it is on the BB1000 and again, the stream feels nicer.

Answer:	This may come across as a bit cheeky... but, I believe that you can easily integrate the BB2000 with Alexa using a Global Cache WiFi to IR https://www.amazon.com/Global-Cache-WF2IR-iTach-Wi-Fi/dp/B0051BU418 and the Homeseer home automation system. It would allow you to say, "Alexa, tell Homeseer to run the event, 'wash my butt'" and Homeseer would then send the appropriate IR commands to the BB2000. It could of course be awkward if someone from the hallway shouted the command while an unsuspecting user were in the middle of relieving themselves. But to answer the question, using a few other components available through Amazon, it is possible to fully automate the experience.

Answer:	Yes. It comes with 3 way T adapter
Question:	What is the length of your toilet bowl from seat screw to front bowl lip? Is this seat long enough
Answer:	It worked on my Mansfield toilets, I think that is a division of Kohler. I had to shim it because the surface where it mounts on the toilet is not perfectly flat. It would not work on a Jacuzzi toilet because the holes to mount the seat are too far back.

Ceramic Cartridges

The ceramic disc cartridge is a self-contained system consisting of two ceramic discs with quarter-circle openings rotating one on top of the other and controls water flow by (a) lining up or (b) covering the openings.

Due to its nature, ceramic carbide does not wear out due to friction, however special care should be taken in flushing all the lines prior to installing your faucet since any debris in the line may crack one or both of the ceramic discs.

Washerless Cartridges

The washerless cartridge consists of a neoprene donut-shaped stopper that which seals the flow of water by maintaining constant pressure against a steel plate with the aid of a spring. The plate has a crescent-shape opening, so as the cartridge turns, the opening is aligned with the opening of the neoprene seal, allowing water flow.

As the faucet is turned off, the opening of the seal is blocked by the solid portion of the stainless steel plate, blocking water flow.

Stainless Steel Ball Valves

The Kingston stainless steel ball valve is described as a spherical-shaped device that features small round slots with a small control lever. When the lever is moved, the object's movement controls the flow and the temperature of the water. The use of the handle allows the ball to rotate inside the faucet. Compression Cartridges

Compression type cartridges was the original system used in production faucets, a shaft with a washer at its end is rotated in a corkscrew fashion until the rubber washer compresses against an opening preventing the flow of water. Answer:	Leaking at the connection? If it is try teflon tape or a new washer. If it's in the middle of the hose it will need to be replaced.

Answer:	Thanks for your question. Yes, we recommend to turn off the t-valve after every use. Otherwise there would be constant water pressure on the hose and sprayer. You can however turn the t-valve to a lower water pressure setting and leave it on - that way you will always get water but at a lower pressure.

Question:	Do i need lifters under my toilet seat asince installing, my toilet runs nonstop. i have to turn valve off or it’ll continue to run. what should i do
Answer:	You don’t NEED lifters but there will be a space under the front of the toilet seat. It’s not much and doesn’t hinder or change anything. Just looks weird at worst. The valve should be turned off, installed like instructed, then turned back on. When I installed mine I had to use plumbers tape on all connections and it worked perfectly. Be careful not to twist the floater that shuts off the water into the toilet. I hs this problem causing the float to rub against the tank of the toilet preventing it from shutting the water off. Once I fixed that I didn’t have a problem. But if your water isn’t turning off then I’d consider adjusting the float shut off
Question:	Toilet model Fit Confirmation - before I purchase could you please confirm if your product will fit the Eljer (1.6 gpf/6Lpf) toilet
