The stand feet are not able to slide underneath so we have to position it at the "foot" of the crib and use the zoom feature to see our child. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Just something to plan for. We tried it as a "bi-pod" not tri-pod and pushing the crib out a little bit with how the positioning worked it was too close to the crib and without the great stability of all three feet l, she would push the stand against the wall and play.
