What most people seem to think about electricity is that the amount of power available is how much will be used. Say you have just a main disconnect on 100 amp service and the only thing wired in your house is a 120 watt light bulb. Unless there's a dead short (which would draw enough current to trip the breaker in most cases, assuming the wires aren't too lonh) it's going to draw 120 watts ÷ 120 volts = 1 amp. It's not going to run 100 amps through the bulb. Devices on charge DRAW current, they are not pushed.

Answer:	Although I have not opened the bladder, from shaking the bag, it seems that the fluid is water based. The process is simple: you plug it in and a resistance heater warms the liquid and the "charge" is how long it takes for the fluid to cool. This is not a phase change salt or wax-like material that gets a further benefit from the energy stored in going from a solid to a liquid. Regarding bloat over time from gas escaping from the liquid, after 100+ charges we have not noticed any additional air in the bladder. I would guess that agitating the bladder at room temp would equalize the gas back into the fluid IF that became an issue because room temp and one atmosphere of pressure is how the portable heating pad arrived. Enough science; We like the pad so well we bought one for our parents.

Answer:	Yes, that is the correct description for the empty function switch.

Answer:	This will connect to a stereo reciever, though I would recommend using a SPDIF cable to connect the two since the only other viable option is through the AUX. The benefits of using a SPDIF/COAX cable is that it will not bypass the discrete DAC chip that the E17 uses. If you use the AUX connection you will bypass the E17's DAC and all that the E17 would be doing is amplifying the signal. Sadly this unit will ONLY be a very expensive amplifier unit when combined with Ipods. And before anyone says that the Ipods lineout will allow you to use the E17 as a DAC is incorrect. All the lineout does is allow you to bypass the internal headphone amp; not the internal DAC. The best way of using the E17 is to hook it up via USB to a Computer, this will allow it to function as a DAC and a Amplifier.

Answer:	You can but for me the weight of your body pressing down on it makes the massage painful from the massaging balls than it would if you were in a sitting position where the weight of your body does not directly bare down on it.

Answer:	rollers are hard on the back , very deep massage . mine stopped working after 4 uses. it did help. I have to send it back, I think I will get an upgrade.

Answer:	You cannot "adjust" the height of the neck per say; you can adjust how far the massage rollers go though. Same for Back, but you cannot adjust how wide the massages go. There is an option you use to focus the massage at specific points of your back.

Answer:	Yes, it is automatic shut off. You can't, for example, have a one-hour massage unless you keep resetting the controls. However, I don't use one anymore because I had two within six months. Both broke. The company replaced the first one very quickly. But I just gave up on the second one. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
