Answer:	Yes, I found something that measures 3.5 and checked and it does fit in the corners, it will not fit in the center by the handle.

Answer:	I had mine for 18 months before the bottom ripped. However, we kept it hanging in a shower with 5 large shampoo bottles and shaving cream. We packed it so heavy I expected it to rip long before it did.
Question:	Product states it's a dual nozzle. Are both nozzles situated on the same mechanism? How does the female nozzle work
Answer:	It folds flat, but will not stay flat unless held by the loop that is attached to it. Its natural state is open. The attached loop holds it loosely closed, but if storing it flat was a concern, I would probably find a heavy rubber band to keep it it closed.

Question:	What size hole do I need to drill on the vanity for the hot water line? Is it very visible
Answer:	I had the 180 with the on/off lever. One early morning in the dark, my leg brushed against the lever and lifted it as I stood up and I didn't notice. Flooding everywhere. I am now buying the 185 with the twist knob to prevent any more expensive accidents. But I love the cleanliness this thing does for me and haven't used TP in years. Really sailed through the Covid toilet paper panic of early 2020. It takes about a week to get used to the cold water spray, but I never feel as clean with TP I have to use outside the home as I do with my bidet.
Question:	Will this work with bleach tablets put in the tank? I don't want my bum to make regular contact with bleached water
Answer:	I have a Kohler toilet that came with their seat and it works fine. Most seats should fit since the bideit only uses up 1/2 inch of space. Note that when choosing your seat check the bolts that come with the seat. If the bolts are short,less than 1 1/2 inces ,choose a different seat since the bidet takes up an extra 1/2 of the seat bolt.
Question:	Is it really worth the extra work and money for this one vs. the VI110 model? How important is the warm water
Answer:	The nozzles are side by side and drop down only when activated. When the knob is turned to Wash, the regular cleaning nozzle will drop down. When the knob is turned to Women, the women's nozzle will drop down. The women's nozzle has a slightly lower angle and softer spray.
Question:	What do you do while waiting for the hot water to arrive from the heater tank
Answer:	Try switching to a different toilet seat. I set up two of them with the most expensive, self-closing, easy removal for cleaning, seats (one American Standard and one Kohler) and had the same problem that you have. I tried everything that Luxe suggested to fix exactly the problem you had and was not successful until I replaced the seats with much less expensive, but also self-closing and easy to remove for cleaning, Bemis seats. (They come in both round and elongated and it says "justlift" on the box.) With the American Standard and Kohler seats, the attachment from the seat to the bowl includes a heavy plastic molding between the screws that presses the front of the bidet frame down, angling the nozzles down so that the water shoots out between the bowl and the seat (and onto your clothing!). With the Bemis seat, the nozzle does not get pressed down when you sit down and the water stays directed where it needs to go. Hope this helps and saves you the hours of time and wasted work that it took us to figure this out.

Question:	Does this raise the back of the seat higher than the front
Answer:	I gather that you have to connect the seat to a water source coming from the vanity. My toilet sits across the room from the vanity. Does this mean I'll need to install a hose that runs along the bathroom floor? How exactly does this connect to the vanity water source? Is the hole in the vanity on the top of the counter or elsewhere?
Question:	Do these work on round toilets
Answer:	No problem with that, but be prepared to change your rubber flapper valve and other "O" rings and gaskets that are in contact with the tank flush water. From the toilets point of view, the use of bleach tablets in the water tank is asking for trouble when it comes to o-rings, rubber type gaskets, and the flapper valve itself. None of them can stand up to the corrosive effects of even light to moderate amounts of sodium hypochlorite in the flush water. That's been my personal experience in the past. Just keep a few wrenches and replacement flapper valves and gaskets close by for repairs. Kidding... But one of the biggest problems as I see it is the seal on the flapper/closure valve is compromised and usually starts leaking slowly at first. You'll be noticing the increase in you water bill when it starts.....these days that amount of $$$ can add up in a hurry.
Question:	How about the water pressure of the spray
Answer:	I bought the VI 110 model and installed in the master bathroom, works well and we enjoy it so today I decided to purchase the Neo 320 for another bathroom that has a sink right next to it for warm water hook up. The nozzle cleaning feature should be nice as well as the extra female nozzle. We live in CA so the water temp was not an issue but we're looking fwd. to the warm water from the Neo.

Answer:	It may take a few moments for the water to heat up, depending on your water heater. A good solution for warming up the water before use is by temporarily turning on the self-cleaning mode on hot to give time for the water to warm up (while also cleaning the nozzles).

Step 1:

Shut off the water supply valve on the wall. Then drain all the water in the toilet tank.

Place bidet on the toilet and align the bidet's adjustable plate holes to the toilet seat holes and screw the toilet seat back on the toilet.

Answer:	Description from the neo 180: "Feminine Wash - Equipped with dual nozzles for rear and frontal wash. The frontal or feminine wash is gentler than the rear spray. It can be useful for monthly cycles and is highly recommended by new or expecting mothers." The neo 120 is equipped with the single nozzle.
Question:	are the valves brass
Answer:	The nozzle is behind a little door that opens out when activated. The door protects the nozzle from body fluids I use a Lysol or Clorox wipe to clean the door and the area around it. It is not really dirty but I just like to give it a quick swipe. If anything ever accidentally got in the nozzle the self cleaning feature would take care of it. We are very happy with our Luxe Bidet Neo 120.
Question:	Do any of these mount on the left side
Answer:	You reduce your toilet paper use greater, you use toilet paper to wipe away the water only, so a wet wipe isn’t useful. If you have a house with a septic tank you really want a bidet, it keeps a huge amount of wood pulp out of your septic tank. Wished the house had an electric outlet behind the toilet, you need one of those cheap $100 point of use instant on hot water heaters, otherwise pass on the hot water models. It takes too long to get hit water to the toilet.

Question:	Do i need lifters under my toilet seat asince installing, my toilet runs nonstop. i have to turn valve off or it’ll continue to run. what should i do
Answer:	You don’t NEED lifters but there will be a space under the front of the toilet seat. It’s not much and doesn’t hinder or change anything. Just looks weird at worst. The valve should be turned off, installed like instructed, then turned back on. When I installed mine I had to use plumbers tape on all connections and it worked perfectly. Be careful not to twist the floater that shuts off the water into the toilet. I hs this problem causing the float to rub against the tank of the toilet preventing it from shutting the water off. Once I fixed that I didn’t have a problem. But if your water isn’t turning off then I’d consider adjusting the float shut off
