| Answer: | I don't know, but it is sufficient. The more important question is how the seat will fit on the the rim of the toilet. I had to add "buffers" so that the fit was snug. I used pieces of PVC pipe that I screwed to the seat until it did not slip side to side or front to back. The seat has built in connections so it can be attached to the toilet, but I preferred doing it with the "buffers". In general I was satisfied with this item.
