Answer:	This is a liquid, kind of thick, you might want to add some water to dilute it a bit. The packages (serving size) are 8 ounces which is a regular glass. There are 27 - 8 ounces individual cartons in the box. It comes in vanilla or chocolate. I don't like the taste of either but have them as my only meal while I was going through radiation and they helped a lot! It is the liquid with the highest protein content in 8 ounces that I found in the market, maybe they have others but I couldn't find them.
Question:	Where is this tee shirt coming from. Don't want it if uts coming from China
Answer:	SWALLOWING ISSUES - Often, people with swallowing issues actually need something thicker so that they do not aspirate fluid into their lungs when drinking. Speak with their physician to make that determination and if not already done, a swallowing test should be performed. This is usually followed up with a speech therapist who will assists the person in techniques to manage swallowing issues. Swallowing issues can occur with advanced with aging and the weakening of our swallowing mechanisms. My father had swallowing issues and was aspirating liquid into his lungs, which ended up causing an infection and pneumonia. I actually had to buy him a "gel thickener" to thicken any thin liquids such as water, soda, tea, coffee, soups, etc., so that he didn't aspirate fluid into the lungs again. Bottom line is, just because a liquid product is thick do not assume someone with swallowing issues should not have this. It may be just the opposite, depends on the reason for the difficulty in swallowing. Consult your physician to make that determination. Wish you all the best . . .

However I need to say that compared to regular Ensure High Protein, which also uses SUCRALOSE, this MAX product tastes horrible. I might drink it instead of cannibalism if I was shipwrecked, but I still wouldn’t like it! BUT the regular High Protein (while less mg of protein) is actually great tasting.
