Answer:	We do not recommend using bleach to clean the shower head. Use a milder substance like vinegar instead. A 1-hour bath in a vinegar solution (e.g. 1 cup vinegar: 1 cup warm water) is enough to remove all mineral deposits from the shower head. If you prefer to leave the shower head attached to the pipe coming out of the wall, you can fill a plastic bag with vinegar and wrap it around the shower head. Secure the bag around the head with a rubber band, tape, or a twist tie. Leave the bag around the shower head 1 hour.
Question:	can I stop the water while showering
Answer:	No, the shower head cannot be paused or shut off entirely at the head since this would be against Uniform Plumbing Codes. (Plumbing codes require you to use the shower valve to completely shut off the water at the shower valve - not at the shower head itself - because most shower heads are not rated for the water pressure. Whether or not the shower head will actually overpressure and fail is another thing. In my opinion, it's not very likely, but those are the regulations.) You may use the water-saving feature of the shower head instead.

The hose received is an inexpensive plastic hose that is too stiff to straighten out after being bent from packaging, even after running hot water through it.

Answer:	I'm no plumber, but if I understand correctly the diverter only "diverts" water from the showerhead to the handheld, so there would be no way to connect the hose directly to the diverter. So yes you would need the ell and a water line (behind the wall) going to it. But don't quote me on that :)

Answer:	From the top point of the shower connection to the bottom point where the hand-held attaches (which also aligns with the round bottom of the suction attachment ) it is 25.5 inches give or take 1/8th inch.

Answer:	As instructed we let it set for over 8 hours, which we set for over 12, before using it. It did not stick to our ceramic tile wall which is a smooth surface. Very disappointed and we will have to look for another adhesive that'll bond it to the shower wall.

Answer:	The diameter of the spray head on the 3669ep is 4". The diameter of the spray head on the 3667ep is 4 & 3/8" diameter. Slightly different style. FYI - the flow rate is 2.0-1.75 the EP means eco performance. I am using my older spray head which is a 2.5 flow rate 4" diameter. Its a Moen caldwell which works w/ this slide bar because I found the flow rate was low for me w/ this shower head. You can ck all the specs at moen.com.

Question:	Is there any way to buy longer extensions arm that would fit existing parts
Answer:	Two questions here. First regards the durability of the clip. While ours was only installed about two months ago, it seems sturdy. We use it all the time and have not had any worries it will break. The second question involves movement of the head when using the wand. Yes, there CAN be some movement when moving the head. How much it moves - if at all - depends on how tight the connection is when installed, and how you remove the wand. Ours will easily slide in and out without moving the head as long as we move it "east-west" vice "north-south." Hope this answers your questions.
Question:	Are the clear washers so the water don't come out so strong fills tub up fast
Answer:	The dial has three settings. One for the dense rain affect tiny heads, one for the horizontal more powerful spray heads, and one for the Wand. There is not a setting for both the first one and the wand. This can only be achieved if you turn dial so it is in Between the two spray click settings. If the flow restrictors have been removed, then you might have enough pressure to do this. I have tried it, and it seems to work ok, but just not quite as powerful. BUT, I'm not sure you would get the results you desire, if the flow restrictors have not been removed. I removed the flow restrictors in mine, which was easy, and gives me the pressure I like.
Question:	How does the shower hooks attach to the wall
Answer:	hi lalarson2107, I don't know what the gpm on this unit is, but I can tell you that even after taking out the low flow sealers it still is not near enough. I bought a filter to go with it, and spent just under $100 for both. I'm biting the bullet so to speak, and going back to lowe's today to get one like I had for over 7 years. I don't like this unit at all, not near enough pressure, and even after a plumber tightened it up, the darn thing drips. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this unit. Sorry.
