Answer:	I have been using this shower head for two years and have the same problem. It is very stiff and it does not get any looser with age. I really don't have an answer.

Answer:	Not strong compared to the other 5 shower heads I have. Weakest "rain" and "massage" of the six. Guessing rain has too many ports and the massage ports lose power to the scattered mist they produce. I have good but not strong water pressure.
Question:	Only have a 6 gallon water heater and showers don’t last long. Did this increase the length of time before hot water ran out

Answer:	I have never used Delta but Speakman faucets have worked well for me. I have them in all bathrooms and haven't had any issues. If low pressure is an issue for you make sure to remove the little green flow restrictor before installing.

Answer:	NO. It is metal and one of the best shower heads we have ever owned. We are very pleased with it. Have had it for over a year.Previous answer said it was plastic, but that is incorrect. The description by Moen indicates it is metal.
