Answer:	Pressure comes from your pipe / plumbing system. The shower head is just the apparatus that filters and sprays the water. For 20+ years, I blamed the poor water pressure on the old building when in fact it was one poor shower head purchase after another. I standby this shower head. Answer:	10 seconds to unscrew the shower head and remove the plastic flow restrictor disc with a dental pick or similar tool. Don't lose the rubber washer. HUGE flow difference and much less water gushes from my old diverter spout.

Question:	When exactly can this be shipped to California? It's been over two months since the last inquiry
Answer:	No issues with this shower head so far. There is no on/off switch, the only switch changes the output mode on the shower head. To date, I have not had any issues with this product.
Question:	How do we obtain a missing part
Answer:	So for a tub spout (my tub is in an alcove so you could not stand up) connector in this case is useless and I must purchase a wall mounted holder. So in my case the answer is "yes" I need a separate wall mount and "no" that is not included.
Question:	Does the shower extension rotate right to left for a corner install
Answer:	Hi there's three (3) settings. 1. Straight water out of all shower head holes (sorry not sure what to call them). 2. Straight water of all shower head holes but the inner holes shoot out as massager. 3. Straight massager. Water only come out the two inner ring hole. (Look at picture # 5 of the product it shows the 3 settings.) I personally only use 1and 2. It can dangerous down there for guys on station #3. High pressure and definitely a powerful shower head. Recommend it just be ready.
Question:	Is there a flow regulator on the splitter that connects to the house pipe as well as on both shower heads? can they be easily removed
Answer:	I am not sure if it is a 2gpm however from personal experience, I moved into an apt which the water pressure was so poor That the stream would not even reach in distance to half the bathtub and barely water came out with enough pressure to properly rinse off. With this shower head it was resolved, awsome pressure!

Question:	Can I turn on the water for just the handheld and not the shower head
Answer:	Yes. The selector knob will change the shower from the head (2 functions) to the handheld. There is a lever on the handheld that will change the spray pattern on the handheld.
Question:	How sturdy is the clip for the wand? Does it easily break? Does the shower head tend to move when removing and replacing wand
Answer:	Two questions here. First regards the durability of the clip. While ours was only installed about two months ago, it seems sturdy. We use it all the time and have not had any worries it will break. The second question involves movement of the head when using the wand. Yes, there CAN be some movement when moving the head. How much it moves - if at all - depends on how tight the connection is when installed, and how you remove the wand. Ours will easily slide in and out without moving the head as long as we move it "east-west" vice "north-south." Hope this answers your questions.
Question:	Some people say the pressure is good with both heads on and some people say you can’t use both at the same time. Which is it? Can I use both heads
Answer:	The dial has three settings. One for the dense rain affect tiny heads, one for the horizontal more powerful spray heads, and one for the Wand. There is not a setting for both the first one and the wand. This can only be achieved if you turn dial so it is in Between the two spray click settings. If the flow restrictors have been removed, then you might have enough pressure to do this. I have tried it, and it seems to work ok, but just not quite as powerful. BUT, I'm not sure you would get the results you desire, if the flow restrictors have not been removed. I removed the flow restrictors in mine, which was easy, and gives me the pressure I like.
Question:	What is the gpm
Answer:	hi lalarson2107, I don't know what the gpm on this unit is, but I can tell you that even after taking out the low flow sealers it still is not near enough. I bought a filter to go with it, and spent just under $100 for both. I'm biting the bullet so to speak, and going back to lowe's today to get one like I had for over 7 years. I don't like this unit at all, not near enough pressure, and even after a plumber tightened it up, the darn thing drips. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this unit. Sorry.

Answer:	Not really, you have to change the curved arm to a straight arm 6 to 8 inches then attach the extension arm to that. Now the showerhead is far enough away from the wall so you can now stand under comfortably. If this isn't done your body will be right against the wall.

Answer:	We weren’t looking to save water. Just wanted a great shower head replacement and this one works super well
Question:	Does this shower head have a trim kit or is there a matching trim kit
Answer:	This is just a shower head. It screws on the pipe that is sticking out of the wall. If your old one is one whole piece then you don't want a shower head only. Look at it and see if the old shower head can be removed. I unscrewed the old one off and had the new one on in 2 minutes.
Question:	How can I remove the flow restrictor from the shower head
Answer:	"The flow restricto is located under the grid washer in the shower head nut. Firstly, you need to use a needle nose pliers to remove the grid washer, then take out the flow restrictor. Finally, put the grid washer back into the shower nut."
