Question:	Can it be installed without the extension arm? Meaning, with the head only
Answer:	Not really, you have to change the curved arm to a straight arm 6 to 8 inches then attach the extension arm to that. Now the showerhead is far enough away from the wall so you can now stand under comfortably. If this isn't done your body will be right against the wall.

Question:	When exactly can this be shipped to California? It's been over two months since the last inquiry
Answer:	No issues with this shower head so far. There is no on/off switch, the only switch changes the output mode on the shower head. To date, I have not had any issues with this product.
Question:	How do we obtain a missing part
Answer:	So for a tub spout (my tub is in an alcove so you could not stand up) connector in this case is useless and I must purchase a wall mounted holder. So in my case the answer is "yes" I need a separate wall mount and "no" that is not included.
Question:	Does the shower extension rotate right to left for a corner install
Answer:	Hi there's three (3) settings. 1. Straight water out of all shower head holes (sorry not sure what to call them). 2. Straight water of all shower head holes but the inner holes shoot out as massager. 3. Straight massager. Water only come out the two inner ring hole. (Look at picture # 5 of the product it shows the 3 settings.) I personally only use 1and 2. It can dangerous down there for guys on station #3. High pressure and definitely a powerful shower head. Recommend it just be ready.
Question:	Is there a flow regulator on the splitter that connects to the house pipe as well as on both shower heads? can they be easily removed
Answer:	I am not sure if it is a 2gpm however from personal experience, I moved into an apt which the water pressure was so poor That the stream would not even reach in distance to half the bathtub and barely water came out with enough pressure to properly rinse off. With this shower head it was resolved, awsome pressure!

Answer:	Pressure comes from your pipe / plumbing system. The shower head is just the apparatus that filters and sprays the water. For 20+ years, I blamed the poor water pressure on the old building when in fact it was one poor shower head purchase after another. I standby this shower head. Answer:	5 year warranty on the shower head itself. what it means it can filter up to 10,000 gallons of water, or 6 months whichever comes first, we have 2 to 3 people useing our shower head, we have had it the first 6 months and replaced the filter, its all going to depend on how many people are useing it, on when you should replace it, we have really hard water, so we change ours every 6 months, works out great, i swear by that filter :)

After any sediment has flushed out you can continue to use it in the reversed position but if you use it past about 10,000 total gallons - it will not be absorbing/filtering/removing the chlorine from your water - which is the reason we all bought it.

Answer:	No it doesn't. fluoride is hard to remove - needs ion exchange or reverse osmosis. this filter (and most other shower filters including aquasana) remove chlorine.

Answer:	I have not wanted an increase in water pressure, however, I have been told that there maybe an insert that can be removed, so it is best to inspect the device when you receive it. Water restrictions are different for each country so manufacturers do not list this information it is up to the consumer to eye-ball the device to inspect if there is a restrictor and remove it.
Question:	My shower pipe comes out from the wall then bends to face straight down and is not angled like your typical shower pipe. Would this still work

Answer:	Depends on where your sewer line is located. In 99 percent of the basements... no. This will not work.
Question:	Do both shower heads work at the same time
Answer:	You can adjust the water level of the in wall tank by taking off the push plate to access the inner controls. There is a valve that controls the full level.
Question:	Why can this not be purchased in California
Answer:	The Veil is ordered as bowl only. A carrier (steel frame to support the bowl with integral cistern) and actuator (flush button assembly seen above bowl in image) are required for a functioning toilet.

Easy Installation:

2. Screw the 3-way water diverter to the shower arm (notice the direction);
3. Attach the extension arm to rainfall shower head and hose (notice the direction);
4. Adhere the shower head mount in proper position, then you can hang up your shower.
5. Tips for install the adhesive:Please dry your wall completely before you install the adhesive bracket,and leave the adhesive on the wall for 24 hours without putting the shower head on it.

Question:	Does anybody’s shower head not give out high pressure
Answer:	The shower head is probably not giving you "High Pressure" like a regular shower head would. In the description you can read "A water flow of 2.5 gallons per minute". This is much higher than a normal shower head uses. (1.5 GPM is a good water saving water head). This is a rainfall shower head.
Question:	How do you process a warranty replacement
Answer:	I wish I new the answer to that question. Mine worked fine for a few months, then suddenly broke. After posting a video of the shower head malfunctioning (see reviews), at one point the seller responded (publicly) stating that the item was under warranty, but offered no other info as to where to send the shower head to for replacement. No other info was provided. Good luck.
Question:	How often do you need to replace the filter? Can we buy replacement filters
Answer:	The shower head comes with one extra filter. How often do you need to clean up? This is based on your water quality. Usually 3-6 months. As long as the water pressure does not weaken, or it can be longer. Need a replacement one? Just contact the harjue customer service, you can get a free one.
Question:	How can I fix the leaking where the shower head connects to the arm
Answer:	Usually, just connect the shower head to the shower arm. If there is still a leak. Add some Teflon tape (with a small Teflon tape in the adjustment arm) or add a leak-proof pad. Answer:	Best answer I can give it that the threads at the attachment fitting to the house plumbing is the same as any other US shower head. Don't know about Metric sizes if that is what you have.
