Answer:	I think you are saying a mouse "ate" through the cable? My cat ate through mine - the company replied to my comment saying to get a 5mm cable - however the cable we got apparently isn't enough wattage and basically killed the two seperate functions. Likely will have to replace the unit unless the company can provide a direct link to a cable that we can purchase.

I have two units (a large 2-acre model, and a smaller half-acre model) running 24/7 from March-November for the past 4 years, and we are nearly bug-free on our deck and around our main yard (about 2 acres). They are located on opposing corners of the house, where they are away from the decks, sidewalks, etc. They work the same way, but are industrial use... light attracts the insects, they get sucked-in, and can't escape... eventually dying of dehydration. I've caught everything from mosquitoes, moths, biting flies, etc. Bees are not attracted to it, normally, but I have captured a carpenter bee, once. These small units are okay for indoor use, or for screened porches.

Answer:	Well, you are conned. Toloco is falsifying their warranty and tricks people to leave good review for free gift. If you are one of those people who left good review, supposedly they are supposed to give you 2 years warranty. They are based out of china so I am not sure how true that is but try your luck and email them and they will respond to you over night. And you have to realize each communication takes 2 days since you are in different time zone. They will also ignore your email at times. So good luck. How I know this? I went through this BS with this dishonest seller. So, I tried Katchy brand. They are from China too but their customer service is very responsive

Question:	I had this unit for 1 month, changed the glue card and the uv light died a week later. is there a warranty? i think the bulb should last longer
Answer:	The instruction book tells you about the warranty. I googled it and the instructions say that the light bulb is not covered. I recently bought this one to replace a competitor's unit and have noticed with theirs that the more you turn the light on and off (or unplugging it), it shortens its life span exponentially. I normally try to VERY CAREFULLY change the sticky pad while the unit is on. In doing this you will also have to remember that it is a UV light bulb and its effectiveness goes down quickly as it's used. Manufacturers normally recommend changing the bulbs every 6 months. With that being said I would definitely change the bulb at least once a year. You will also notice a drop in performance or bug collection even though the light bulb still illuminates and looks like it's working. That's your other sign that the bulb needs to be changed, not just when it burns out. I generally try to change it late winter early spring to get the most out of my bulbs. We don't have as many bugs here during the late fall and winter seasons so the unit doesn't have to work as efficiently during those seasons.

Answer:	I imagine the humidity and cold of the refrigerator would make the sticky glue less effective. For ANY kind of bugs in your fridge, I would suggest cleaning your fridge with bleach, throwing out any old food, and checking the temperature. Bugs should not be active inside a refrigerator, as it operates at a temperature that would make most insects hibernate. Your refrigerator should operate at a temperature of 33°f-42°f.

Answer:	To be precise, this unit runs on 12V DC and wall plugged power supply is provided (rated at 500mA). I don't know actual power draw but if you want, you can look for some battery unit that will provide 12V instead.

Answer:	Yes, mine has caught regular house flies, as well as mosquitoes. I notice it works best at night, when the Dynatrap is the only source of light, because the bugs are attracted to it. Because the flies are fairly bulky compared to mosquitoes, it's pretty loud when the fan blades hit them on their way in. But I think they got stunned or killed by the fan blades, because they did not fly back out. Note, this is not a "miracle machine"; you won't catch a whole swarm of bugs this way. But I would say it can catch maybe between 1 to 3 bugs per night.
Question:	Does it work well for mosquito's? Thats my only problem
Answer:	None, whatsoever. It apparently does NOT generate any CO2 and mosquitoes are not attracted to UV light. Ran it on the porch for three weeks and didn't catch any mosquitoes. Sent it back for full refund.
Question:	Will the dynatrap insect trap 7 watt replacement bulb work for this trap
Answer:	Per the manufacturer's website, the bulb is "rated for 20,000 hours and is not replaceable." It would be impressive if it really lasts for 20,000 hours considering the manufacturer recommends replacing the 7 watt bulb used by other models every 3,000 hours. For those without a calculator, 20,000 hours is approximately 833 days.

Answer:	It's 1 oz/gallon. I emptied the sprayer and refilled it with water and sprayed out 2 gallons. It sprayed 2 oz, or 1 oz per gallon of water.

Answer:	I prefer to wait at least a week or after rain. Even if you don't see your dog sick, all these chemicals produce cancer, doggies don't have shoes to avoid contact and they can stiff or lick. It. I prefer to walk him outside those days. A little extra sacrifice I don't mind because I love him.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. The chemical is siphoned from the bottle to mix with the water as it is being applied. The level in the container will decrease and the bottle will empty.
